“Needed a plug for a 150mm vent pipe when not in use. Mostly found test plugs, not what I wanted, but easily found exactly what i needed at vital parts. The tube insert by itself is a loose fit, but when combined with the tapered inset and some polystene beads is perfect.”

“I am very pleased with product but nearly gave up on this company as one male staff member was very reluctant to send me a sample . I would have left five stars but for this poor service.”

Good Afternoon Robert, Following your review, rest assured our Sales Manager took the time to look into the matter further and can see that we sent one samply initally but sadly this was not the size required and then a second sample was sent. Please accept my apologies for the dificulty expereienced trying to get your call through to the right department, this has been looked into for continuous improvement. If you would like to disucss this further, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service department who will be happy to help. Kind Regards, Victoria Customer Service Manager.

“Rapid delivery of just what I needed. Glides for furniture legs easy to fit and work well.”

“A wide selection of everything you haven't been able to find. I needed some rubber feet for patio furniture and sliders for dining chairs. The only problem was working out which, of the seemingly endless range sold by Vital Parts, were the right size. Once that was done, ordering was easy and the goods arrived when promised.”

Helpful Report

“Products are good quality and the prices fair. The rating is a little lower because delivery took longer than we have all come to expect and tracking is very poor.”

Helpful Report

“Vital parts have provided me with the plastic feet I needed to support timber joists. For me they are an ideal solution to keeping the joists off the ground. However I do think they are rather expensive.”

“Fast service. Good communication”

Helpful Report

“Good quality part and a wide product range. Very good service. Only thing preventing me giving 5 stars is the min order of £10 which could be limiting in some circumstances, but is understandable.”

Helpful Report

“Items as described. Would definitely buy from vital parts again. Excellent service and quality items.”
