“If you want honest feedback - I’ve honestly never had such a simple order to place and it be made so confusing and difficult. Wrong items sent which had to be returned. It started even with the samples requested. Numerous times wrong information was conveyed about what’s in stock and lead times. After a lot of phone calls and patience 5 weeks later I think it’s now correct.”

“Goods arrived quickly and in good order. Bit disappointed that the rubber feet were a bit flimsy. Had to add washers before attaching them to chair legs or the screws would have pulled through the rubber. Very effective now that they are fitted.”

“I ordered part FWA001 (250 off) which at the time were said to be in stock! I received a bag claiming to contain part FWA003. I could have lived with the substituted part since it only meant using a pan head M2.5 screw instead of a countersunk M2.5 screw. However, the bag contained an assortment of much larger sizes M6/M8 etc which are useless to me!!! I rang customer services who said they would have them collected and would email me with a delivery time for the correct part!!! I've heard nothing!!! Terrible!!!! I cant be bothered to chase for my money back... I'll just never use Vital Parts again! Follow up: To be fair, Kimberley in customer services rang me. She was very apologetic and personally went to the warehouse herself to find there was a genuine mix-up in the storage bins. The delay meant I had to source the parts elsewhere, but Vital Parts promptly refunded my money and issued a free postage sticker for return of the goods. Thank you Kimberley ..and in hind sight I will try Vital Parts again if the need arises!”

“Needed a plug for a 150mm vent pipe when not in use. Mostly found test plugs, not what I wanted, but easily found exactly what i needed at vital parts. The tube insert by itself is a loose fit, but when combined with the tapered inset and some polystene beads is perfect.”
