“For a while now I have only been able to purchase plastic ferrules locally. They slip easily and I have had a few nasty falls. I found Vital Parts on the internet and ordered rubber ferrules. I was amazed when they came the next day (3 -5 working days was quoted). It is so good to feel safe again while walking. I will be placing another order soon.”
