“The ordered parts arrived promptly and safely. When we later emailed Vital Parts for a copy invoice ( our fault ) this was forwarded on to me that morning. Great customer service and no problem delivering to the Scottish Highlands. Would certainly recommend them if you can identify the item you need.”

“I bought adjustable feet to fix under a bird table. The feet and tee nut were perfect, but there is no locking nuts supplied. Meaning when you have got your item levelled up you cannot lock the feet in the correct position. I did give them a chance to sort the problem, and they sent more Tee nuts which I returned explaining yet again that it is lock nuts I am looking for, since then total silence. I have concluded that they do not understand the products they are selling. hence I give them only two stars.”

We replied and advised we do not sell these parts with the lock nuts, dated 15/11/2021 to which we have not heard back. Please accept my apologies for any confusion caused and the replacements we sent free of charge were not suitable for you.
