“Parts arrived promptly but unfortunately due to ambiguous ordering instructions we ordered too many of what we needed. We are still awaiting a refund so as to reorder correctly.”

Hi There Michelle. Thank you for leaving your feedback. I can see you have ordered x4 packs of 10 as listed on our Etsy site and only required x4 parts and wanted to return to reorder. I can confirm the refund has been processed for you and you are welcome to reorder at your convenience. Any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team. Many thanks, Victoria - Customer Service Manager, Vital Parts.

“The ordered parts arrived promptly and safely. When we later emailed Vital Parts for a copy invoice ( our fault ) this was forwarded on to me that morning. Great customer service and no problem delivering to the Scottish Highlands. Would certainly recommend them if you can identify the item you need.”

“Requested edge seal samples and was contacted by a very pleasant and helpful young lady to check needs and likely use. Samples arrived promptly as did the selected order. Would not hesitate to use Vital Parts in future for their wide range of parts and materials and excellent service.”

“I bought adjustable feet to fix under a bird table. The feet and tee nut were perfect, but there is no locking nuts supplied. Meaning when you have got your item levelled up you cannot lock the feet in the correct position. I did give them a chance to sort the problem, and they sent more Tee nuts which I returned explaining yet again that it is lock nuts I am looking for, since then total silence. I have concluded that they do not understand the products they are selling. hence I give them only two stars.”

Hi Arthur. Thank you for your feedback, please accept my apologies that our reply to this matter has not reached you. We replied and advised we do not sell these parts with the lock nuts, dated 15/11/2021 to which we have not heard back. Please accept my apologies for any confusion caused and the replacements we sent free of charge were not suitable for you. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind Regards, Victoria - Customer Service Manager, Vital Parts.

“Well organized, turned up on time, took the time to colour match the alloy wheel before starting. You would really struggle to spot the repair area now. I hope I won't need another alloy wheel repair....but if I do I know who to phone!!!”
