“You helped, were interested in my requirement and made me feel that you cared about my purchase, even though it was not much more than £20. If more British Industry behaved in this way, we would be a world powerhouse of industry. Sadly, few companies are like you.”

“Free sample, but needed to buy 17 of them to get 6! Was very happy to pay for sample, postage and a further 5 and additional postage but nearly died when I had to buy a minimum of 17. Could have got 5 friends/family to order 1 each as a sample but I am too honest. Who said honest pays?”

“We needed replacement screw-in feet for our table and 6 chairs. We went to their site in Maidstone. Luke helped us sort out the correct replacements even when I changed my mind a couple of times. The service, quality and price was second to none. We would recommend them to every body. Thank you. Ron & Jackie Gray”

“I search the internet high & low to get the inserts for my garden furniture. I came across your website and spoke to a member of your staff who advised me how to order the correct size of insert and I was delighted to fit the items which fitted perfect”
