“Excellent range of product sizes reasonably priced, good communication from company regarding a product out of stock and given option to cancel order for a full refund if not prepared to wait. However item was available earlier than expected. Only slight issue I found was that the round and square options have the same coding and are alternative so it#s easy to pick the wrong shape”

I give 4 stars only as I really wanted just 5 castor wheel cups for my single home office chair now residing in the garage on a concrete floor, but useful to sit on when putting on gardening boots without rolling away. However I can see why I needed to increase the amount of my order to 15 as each item comes at quite a small price. Obviously the extra ones will be kept for use as spares or to pass on to others requiring such "vital parts" ! We were so pleased to solve the problem by finding your website.”
