“We ordered a shower unit, shower tray, wall hung sink unit, tap, shower waste on the 7th July it was delivered on the 17th July. Gregory was the firm that delivered and it was delivered at 09.00. The delivery driver was very helpful and efficient.”

“Poor quality products. BEWARE...they also fail to publish negative comments on their own website! We purchased a Vela toilet roll holder. From the outset, it quickly became loose. Despite repeatedly tightening, the issues persisted. We tried to deal with them regarding a replacement/solution. Not one of their customer service advisors have listened or understood. Very poor quality product, matched by equally inept customer service. Avoid.”
