“initially service was good but the order said "Order Complete"straight away?? I have waited 18 days for the items to be delivered?? NO phone calls from the delivery people, I rang them twice in Liverpool. I CAN't ring Victorian Plumbing?? I have done endless "Chats" had one apology for the delay from VP but even when they were informed about delivery from the Transport people VP didn't contact me. It will make me nervous about ordering from them again”

“We ordered the Chatsworth 1928 Traditional Triple Exposed Shower Valve inc. Luxury Riser Kit, Diverter, 8" Rose + Handset - and it's just brilliant. It was to replace an old multi-shower unit that was 25 years old. Plumbers had to divert the water into a different place and the whole process took them just 4 hours. The cascade of water we now get is brilliant for my wife to wash her long hair, and with the added benefit of a handheld shower also you can get the water just where you want it. A great unit that looks great and works very well.”

“Ordered a shower screen and radiator. Both were delivered quickly with regular delivery updates. Arrived well packaged, securely attached to a pallet, with no damage. Not installed yet but would recommend Victorian Plumbing.”

“faulty valve in chatsworth lever pillar tap so it leaks. Cannot get thro to anyone to explain. cannot send photo of inside of valve. Absolutely hopless customer service. Will never buy anything from you again & will pass the words round about you. Worse company I have ever tried to deal with.”

“Great website that is easy to navigate to find what you are looking for, ordering and quick communication from VP once ordered, and notified when my delivery was expected. Unfortunately the sink unit had a broken corner when unpacking, and after a brief communication with customer service, a replacement sink was sent out next day. Fantastic service thank you.”
