“Wasn’t happy with the tray,very rough around the waste hole. Fitter had to fill and rub down,because I didn’t want silicone using, so it took longer to fit. Shower surround was fine and looks nice. Delivery was great, driver was very friendly and very helpful and helped me check for any damage, also helped me carry it into the house 👍.”

“Very complicated returns process and had an issue with the refund. To be fair, it was resolved, but not without having to take issue. Would probably not use again as a result.”

“I spent over £1500 on my order so got free standard delivery. It took weeks to get my stuff so be aware. When I made an enquiry as to why it was taking so long I was told if I wanted to pay for delivery they would process my order quicker. Free delivery puts you at the back of the queue.”

“Upon receiving our parcel (wallpaper) packaging was aweful not wrapped tidy, the wallpaper was ripped so we lost over half of the 1st roll, lucky we had enough to finish the job, needs to have bubble wrap placed around it to protect the paper very slowly dash”

“One of the main reasons we ordered from yourself was guaranteed delivery Tuesday had a plumber ready and waiting Wednesday morning. However, the courier company didn’t deliver it till Wednesday only a small issue but the reason we bought from you was you could guarantee Tuesday when I checked out.”

“Ordering online was very easy, the quality of the goods were excellant, however delivery was not as exspected, on the day chose I had two texts advising me of the time slots, both time slots failed to arrive when checking the tracking system I found that the item had been taken back to the depot. I sent a text asking why my item had not arrived, next morning another time slot and this time the item arrived. the driver was very helpful and carried the unit to my door and asked if I wanted the pallet left I ked him to take it. Quality of item very good, delivery very poor.”

“The products came relatively quickly. It states you get 15 mins to check the products aren't faulty but the driver started the timer as soon as he arrived rather than after he'd unloaded the products so I had 5 mins to check every product out the boxes to check for damage which wasn't possible.”

“Ordered 5 new radiators, delivery was very quick, and delivered with care. BUT the radiators were not of great quality. They came with small imperfections and small bents, but due to needing these installed we accepted as was.”

“Paid online for new shower and eventually plumber came but not all parts were there. Ended up going to our local builders merchant and sourced the missing part there. Stick to local companies in my case the online experience didn’t work for my family”

“Easy to order. Lovely tiles. Not impressed with delivery date being changed at 7.30 on day of delivery, twice. I did receive a refund for second delivery following my complaint which was trouble free so was pleased with that.”

“I found ordering from VP v straightforward and what makes it special is the responsive customer support team which meant that I was confident I'd got all the correct accompanying parts that I needed. The only problem was the delivery. I had expected 48 hours but it was about 9 days. I had to rearrange with our builder and if it had cone just 1 day later our builder was away with half a job done and we with guests coming to stay . Fortunately it all worked out but it was a near run thing.”

“Some issues, Firstly item delivered on a full pallet and frame even though the box could of been bubble wrapped and sent as a box. Secondly some parts missing from item, currently awaiting reply from Victoria Plumbing about sending out the bits I need. Item itself is well made and of good quality.”

“Ordered sample tiles for the bathroom and compared then with other stores. Other online stores had free samples, but on Victoria plumbing you had to pay for them. Quite mediocre compared to other tile stores. There isn't anything better about the quality or design so will buy titles elsewhere”

“The product itself looks lovely, we haven’t installed it yet but I’ve had to knock stars off for the delivery. I’ve ordered larger radiators from other companies and they arrived in the box and the courier placed the item in my hallway. This radiator arrived on a wooden pallet, with enough wood to light a bonfire and it was left on my driveway. I’m single person and had no way of getting it inside and had to ask friends to come and help me. The amount of wood and packaging left over was ridiculous. I had to buy a saw to chop up the pallet to take it to the tip! After all this, the box that the radiator was in was damaged. Based on this I wouldn’t use Victoria plumbing again!”

“Don't be fooled by whatever quick delivery times they are claiming to offer before purchasing. My order got split up with half arriving after 2 weeks and the other half still not received, going to contact customer services about it now actually - they are really nice which is why I gave 3 stars for them.”
