If I could select zero stars I would do. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I ordered a £900 bath tub and waste kit (recommended by Victorian Plumbing). I took delivery of the items and then arranged for my plumber to spend a day at my house to plumb in my new bathroom including the new bath. When he attempted to plumb in the waste kit that Victorian Plumbing advised me to purchase he found that the kit was incompatible with the bath. I spent best part of an hour on the phone to their ‘customer service’ at a premium rate! When I finally got through to them and explained the situation I was told they would look into the issue and I was promised a prompt call back. But even though they had 5 hours left before they closed for the day I never received one. So I paid for a plumber to sit around for most of the afternoon doing nothing. I phoned their ‘customer service’ the next day and after another 38 minute call at a premium rate it was agreed they would send out the correct waste kit with priority next day delivery. And so having sat at home all day waiting for this promised next day delivery (I have it in writing) I checked their website only to find my order was still processing and so I wouldn’t be getting it that day. I eventually got the replacement kit 4 days later! I paid for the plumber to come back to install it and guess what? It didn’t fit either. More expensive phone calls followed and numerous emails, all of which were ignored/pointless until I finally spoke to someone sensible. He arranged for two separate components to be sent out to make up a suitable kit. Having wasted £150 on plumbers I was left with no choice other than to install the new parts myself. And guess what? They also didn’t fit the bath. More expensive calls followed without any resolution whatsoever other than an offer to collect the bath and waste as a good will gesture and return my money. On the last call to them the ‘manager’ in the background at one point had the audacity to say that it’s not Victorian Plumbings problem if the parts don’t fit, it’s down to the customer!! They also said there must be an issue with my bathroom floor???? To summarise- • Their chat facility on their website doesn’t work, so don’t bother trying it. • To call them is expensive, very time consuming and pointless as they cannot help. • They do not respond to emails. • They have admitted to me on the phone they are ‘are just a warehouse and not experts in what they sell. • Due to spending in excess of 3 hours on the phone to them at my expensive I have requested a call from them via email on the following occasions- 06th April- This was ignored. 13th April- This was ignored. 15th April- This was ignored. 16th April- two requests made, both ignored. 19th April- This was ignored. 20th April- This was ignored. 23rd April (today) – Still being ignored. If they could be bothered to ring me today they would be told that they no longer have to collect the bath and fittings tomorrow as I took all the fittings to a fabricating workshop and had them adapted to fit the bath at more cost to myself (so far I’m down £200 plus the cost of all the phone calls which I estimate to be in the region of £30). I do not expect they will call me back and so I will no doubt have their courier knocking on my door tomorrow. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is. Please do not use them under any circumstance. My advice would be to use a plumbing retailer local to you and talk to actual human beings who know what they are talking about and selling. It will save you a hell of a lot of trouble and expense in the long run. An absolutely pathetic, waste of space of a company. Please avoid them!

Amongst a bulk order, one of the items was poorly packaged, dirty and showing early signs of rust. It happens. I returned the item but they denied receiving it until I was able to tell them the time they received it and who signed for it. THEY CAN'T CONTEST RECORDED DELIVERY! It cost me £12 or so (not refunded by Victorian Plumbing). Mugs. I am a bathroom fitting company and had always recommended them. They have blown it all for pulling the old 'prove it' attitude. Bravo VP!!

Ordered a £500 shower cabin. Arrived on a giant pallet 1.2m x 1.2m x 2.0m DAMAGED!! Had to get a hammer and crowbar to open everything only to find a panel was damaged and looked like it was loaded like that!! Almost a month from the date of order I am still waiting for my refund. Victorian Plumbing make false promises and never do what they say. Ive had to chase constantly. Ive now had to open a case with Paypal and its looking like its the only way i'll get my money back. Another point is the product also looked really poor quality, cheap and badly made of very flimsy plastic. My advice - try one of the 100's of other online retailers, they can only be better!!

It was not possible to inspect this sink within 2 days of delivery. On unpacking a few days later, it was broken and I immediately asked for a new one to be delivered. They refused, contrary to their legal obligations under section 48A of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (which gives buyers a full 6 months to demand a replacement) and their own 12 month warranty. The matter has now been reported to Sefton Trading Standards. This company obviously believe that the law doesn't apply to them.

AVOID. Order a vanity unit via next day delivery. the item was not sent out at all. I had to chase the business as i did not receive tracking information..only to be told the item has not been sent out and my shipping would be refunded... they hadn't fulfilled a next day service so this should be refunded regardless. Now i am left out of pocket as i will need to call out a plumber to install the vanity unit and taps. This business is extremely unprofessional, you'd be better of shopping at ebay/amazon, cheaper and the sellers stay in line as they are governed by ebay/amazon and cannot pull the wool over your eyes!!

" Very poor customer service indeed "website does not clarify "free delivery option "at all !!!".That is ; Pallet kerbside delivery means just that ,order left on the public footpath blocking pedestrians .(Total lack of common sense ) It is very quick to take payment however refunding returned items happens appears to happen at asnails pace . Good luck to anyone using Victoria Plumb...... Goes without saying my score is zero ......

Delivery thrown together, no protection, wrong item, discusting service, I'm shocked. You read reviews with a pinch of salt! Please not this one, buyer be ware!!!

Shocking customer service - still not as bad as their products though. Cheap and nasty - shower head purchased which was faulty (spraying water from the top of the unit ) - gave us a replacement which was also faulty. Asked for a replacement of greater value and they refused. Stay away - there are much better places to go shopping for your bathroom bits.

Worst company service ever, Ordered next day delivery booked off work and got a plumber in for the day after and got no call nothing... so rang them up to see what was happening and they apparently had a stock error. Followed up a week later( they hadn't told me what was happening) to see what was happening and apparently wasn't going to be available for 2 months. No offer of free delivery nothing, Plumber is now unavailable and unhappy because we have cost him money! Worst customer service ever have to chase to get information and terrible would recommend you stay clear.

Avoid them at all costs. They dont stick to promises, following an agreement to refund a product I had to chase them three times over a period of 3-4 weeks because they wouldn't refund the item. Each time they would tell me they would do it but then would email me telling me they have given me credit. The quality of the products is poor. I recently returned a further item, a shower tray waste in the same condition it was received and they refused to refund it because they stated it was scratched! Their attitude stinks and the customer service is poor.

All seems great on the TV ad and the website with quality goods at great prices... and if there are no issues with your order that may be great. Fristly, the shower trap and pipe supplied would not fit together due to a non standard fitting. I rang expecting to receive help but was instead told it was my fault as they did not specifically say on their site that they did fit! I asked for advice on what i needed to buy to make them fit and was told "We are not a plumbers & cannot help". I was then told that i could have ordered it with an adaptor fitting for the same price but failed to do so! Eventually and after pointing out my right to have a product that is "fit for purpose" and an extended debate about a trap where i cant source a fitting to fit to it is fit for purpose or not I was told a replacement would be sent and would arrive in the next day or 2 as a gesture of goodwill! It was a week before it arrived and I had to buy another elsewhere to get on with the job. Just as well as when the replacement arrived it was identical to the first one and equally useless! Then when i went to fit the shower enclosure there were missing parts. Firstly the support bar for the side section was missing and also there was no way to fit the side panel to the door trim. Furthermore the instructions which were mainly pictures with a few words of broken English (e.g. "step 3: fixxed the fixxed glass" and "begin to install the seals, then all is okay, pls fix the aluminium") were not for a rectangular enclosure but rather for a recessed door as were the fitting supplied. I rang them to query and was told i had to send photos (of the missing part?) and the packaging. Luckily i still had the packaging as the representative told me that they would otherwise do nothing (clearly a breach of the consumer goods act). Today (5 days later) I chased and it seems nothing has been progressed. They have still not had any answers from the manufacturer (Victoria Plumbing do not appear to have any product knowledge and can only answer queries by referring back to the manufacturer). Each time i ring there are between 8 and 17 customers in the queue (read into that what you wish). Most staff are not properly educated in the law of the land and many have no concept of customer service. Today i spoke to one who was and she understood my frustration! This has been an awful experience. I am now at the point of going to Homebase, buying a new screen from a reputable dealer and sending this one back as it is not fit for purpose. I am not expecting that to be an easy thing to achieve either! Using this company has caused significant delays to the project, caused a great deal of frustration and wasted hours on phone calls and sitting in queues to be "fobbed off". You make your own choice but I wont be using or recommending them ever again whatever discounted prices they offer.

appalling customer service some rubbish products I searched the web for products to see if prices were better than local trade retailers we have accounts with......! the WC came up at a good price so we ordered that along side a concealed cistern that that they said was compatible with the WC but also was of good quality...... ! Well after assembling same the lid supplied did not fit the gasket/seal that was supplied to fit the downpipe to the WC looked like a pit ball had savaged it is the worst concealed system i have ever seen..... it looked like crap from the minute you opened the box to reveal the contents and when phoning victoria plumping to tell them of fault we were told we needed to send photos of faulty goods and could wait up 7 days for replacement of goods if we could not furnish VP with photos. Their attitude stinks I will go out tomorrow and buy an off the shelf system from a local retailer and will open a dispute with pay pal

These guys are total scam and fraud. Placed order phone, got a call back 2 days later saying address on card incorrect and cancelled the order. Money was taken from bank account, called them, promised refund, 1 week later, no refund, called again, promised to investigate. 2 Weeks later, no refund, called again, again promised to refund. These guys are total scammers, if they offer you refund for any reason make sure you check it has made it to your account, because they are not honest people.

Ordered 2 shower mixer taps. Awful quality. Cheap Plastic fascia and the bore on the plastic housing was so small it would have restricted the flow to the shower terribly. Also the chrome plated plastic knobs would not sit properly on the spigots of the mixer body. I decided to return both....royal mail claim to have delivered the return parcel...Victorian Plumbing claim not to have received it and will not credit the return - so now I am without the mixers and £100+ down even after a paltry £20 compensation from Royal mail. I wont use them again as the customer service during the whole debacle was awful.

Spent over £4k ordering a bathroom suite on 11/03/24, was guaranteed delivery by 21/03/24. Contacted them on 20/03/24 asking where it was as i had had no contact. The response was it hasn't been picked yet, but if you pay £20 we'll pick it in our warehouse today put it on next day delivery and deliver tomorrow! I said you must be joking. They then upgraded this to free, but 21/03/24 is here and still no bathroom and no contact. Shambles of a company.

Some parts simply were not compatible with each other or not as described on the website. This has caused a huge delay and additional cost in fitting. Wish I'd paid more and shopped locally, at least I'd get a decent response. Victorian plumbing don't have a phone number and don't call you back when they say they will. After much effort trying to get a response from them I was finally contacted by Victorian plumbing. They insisted that I force the parts to fit together and this initially worked. However they fall apart every few flushes. Their solution is that I shouldn't push too hard! Disgusting service, they are selling parts that don't fit together, they know it and are just in a state of denial.

I ordered a Shower Screen door with Victoria Plumbing and the seal on the item arrived damaged. I raise a ticket to get it fixed only for them to send me the wrong item. I then subsequently raised another ticket and yet again they sent me the wrong item. I have since then raised 2 more tickets both of which just got closed randomly. Personally their customer service does not exist. There is zero follow up and you are not dealing with the same person every-time. They have no care to solve the problem and it just appears they want to brush it away. Am really disappointed to see that such a big company is so terrible at customer service
