Horrendous! Sent a replacement with exactly the same fault... Have had to call out plumber 3 additional times costing me a fortune which would have been unnecessary had the item been qc checked in the first place!!!!! STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!! AND ISNT IT FUNNY HOW PHOTOS WONT UPLOAD!!!!

Items paid for not received in delivery but not picked up until after 72h due to being away, yet Victoria Plumbing would ot refund nor send the items out- I had to pay for them a second time. I won't be using victoria plumbing for any future projects

Spent over £4k ordering a bathroom suite on 11/03/24, was guaranteed delivery by 21/03/24. Contacted them on 20/03/24 asking where it was as i had had no contact. The response was it hasn't been picked yet, but if you pay £20 we'll pick it in our warehouse today put it on next day delivery and deliver tomorrow! I said you must be joking. They then upgraded this to free, but 21/03/24 is here and still no bathroom and no contact. Shambles of a company.

Some parts simply were not compatible with each other or not as described on the website. This has caused a huge delay and additional cost in fitting. Wish I'd paid more and shopped locally, at least I'd get a decent response. Victorian plumbing don't have a phone number and don't call you back when they say they will. After much effort trying to get a response from them I was finally contacted by Victorian plumbing. They insisted that I force the parts to fit together and this initially worked. However they fall apart every few flushes. Their solution is that I shouldn't push too hard! Disgusting service, they are selling parts that don't fit together, they know it and are just in a state of denial.

Avoid is the answer, diabolical throughout. Still awaiting my order and heard nothing at all about when it's being delivered. Spend your money elsewhere do not waste your time and effort with this company.

I ordered a Shower Screen door with Victoria Plumbing and the seal on the item arrived damaged. I raise a ticket to get it fixed only for them to send me the wrong item. I then subsequently raised another ticket and yet again they sent me the wrong item. I have since then raised 2 more tickets both of which just got closed randomly. Personally their customer service does not exist. There is zero follow up and you are not dealing with the same person every-time. They have no care to solve the problem and it just appears they want to brush it away. Am really disappointed to see that such a big company is so terrible at customer service

Absolutely atrocious service. Placed the order in the middle of the pavement rather than the garden which is a couple of feet away thereby causing disruption for pedestrians. My wife and I had to carry the items in while the rain came down. Would definitely not use the company again.

Absolutely rubbish, still awaiting delivery 8 weeks later!! my job to chase, report and await responses. So frustrating and wasted time all automated. Absolutely no customer care. Just speak to a robot!! When sink delivered broken, reported and agreed to replace after a week with no bathroom chassed up, excuses etc even though I emailed the person back and filled in the replacement on line. Additional order still awaiting cabinet over 8 weeks ago and paid additional £40 for next day, not next year. All automated is useless, no understanding and emails to robots are useless. No No customer care. Absolutely rubbish

Just terrible customer service. No accountability or common sense shown by anyone at any level. £40 tap with 5 year warranty, wanted videos of the leak? Sent plenty of images with corrosion and fault but still insisted on a video... of a dripping tap... Pathetic and I have better things to do than film a tap until it drips. Multimillion pound company could have replaced a £40 under warranty but used a 2 year warranty of the "valve" to get out of it. I renovated a lot of my house and I renovate houses frequently using VP but that has now ended. Pathetic really. Looking at my account would have shown a valuable customer which is now lost. Happy to make the sale, go out of their way to not have to support it. Taken all their numbers offline so you can't even speak to anyone. When someone does call they have "ask the manager" Pathetic, no accountability and staff with no common sense.

This company is a scam, I’m sure some of these people giving them 5 stars were either paid or the reviews were bought. We bought a tap almost two months ago for £186 and never received it. We tried contacting them several times to request for the product as it was never delivered. Weeks down the line while chatting with them again about the situation on their website, they claimed it was delivered and sent us a picture of an address that wasn’t ours. They keep saying they will call us back but never do. Their customer service is the worst. Don’t waste your time and money buying from them. Don’t be their next victim. Any company that doesn’t have a direct number to contact their customer service is a scam! Victorian Plumbing, you have stressed myself and husband out and this is not fair. We will keep warning others on other business review sites until this matter is resolved.

I cancelled an item in an order. I looked at my order page and it was still there. An online CHAT reassured me it had actually been cancelled. Then it arrived. I CHATTED again and they said I hadn't cancelled it (I've since found the transcript of the CHAT which confirms I did). As a gesture of goodwill (!!!) they said they'd collect it. I've now waited in for two separate scheduled collections and neither has turned up. Victoria Plumbing have no Official Complaints Policy and NO COMPENSATION is apparently written into their terms and conditions. They take no responsibility for the non collection and say as it's a third party they can't do anything about it. None of this is my fault but I can't get a refund (about £300) until they receive the goods. So I can't order the correct item. My builders are being held up (for goodness knows how long....) and are not happy. I feel helpless and hopeless.

When my order was delivered the driver refused to bring it into the house. When we opened it we found the cabinet was damaged. Tried to contact via the website but my password failed, requested reset email three times and it still hasn’t arrived. On Monday I telephoned and was told that the phone line was only for new orders. I emailed and have been told a replacement is unavailable so my order will be refunded. I replied asking what I should do with the damaged unit. That was two days ago and now I no refund and a damaged cabinet with no explanation of what to do with it.

Awful unhelpful company - on the title box of the sink I ordered it says clearly Toreno 1000mm Mid Edged Basin Part No.: NVM017 £149.95 However this sink is infact 1010mm - they will not get it collected despite having the incorrect description listed - I now need to return it at vast expense - avoid at all costs - they are not a good company to do business with.

Very disappointed … ordered a whole number of things however they he taps /sink mixer box came without the taps in and the toilet came without the toilet seat! There is then zero customer service for urgent issues- you cannot call anyone… you get signposted to a ‘bot’ that never sends you through to a real person and can’t resolve any issues. It doesn’t even have any similar useful information. You then have to wait 72 hours for someone to reply. Not helpful when you have the builders there and need your bathroom fitted asap.

I have items delivered via pallet that need returning. Victorian Plumbing will not, under any circumstances, assist with returning the items. This leaves the consumer searching online for a pallet delivery company, some of which refuse to deliver to Victorian Plumbing because their returns logistics are so bad. Their competitors offer a cohesive returns process. If you think you may need to return something, save yourself the headache and avoid Victorian Plumbing.

ORD-2300000006-8274713 I wish I could give less than one star. Victoria Plumbing's driver delivered a smashed up toilet which was clearly in a million pieces and would have been noticed by anyone handling the box. I paid for next day delivery. I also paid for a plumber to be there on the day it was delivered. Eventually, they sent another one (six days later). It has no toilet seat despite the description saying it should be included. Victoria Plumbing have no phone number available for customers which I am sure is convenient for them but not for their customers. If they did have one, it would be overwhelmed with complaints. You have to fill in a form on their website and if you are lucky someone will reply in two days. I will never use this company again and would never recommend it.

Terrible returns process only email responses . Item has been returned since 25th October which you have confirmed and then no update .. Will never use you again after this ..We've Received Your Returned Item(s) For ORD-2300000006-3020600.. and now wait if 10 days I will get a refund..

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The website is extremely difficult to navigate. Trying to get an answer to a question on material returns is impossible. It moves one around from unwanted page to another. My whole experience has been incredibly stressful. And I'm still no further forward today.
