“I ordered a shower cubicle and shower panels 2 weeks ahead of a planned job in the knowledge that the stated delivery times were 5 to 7 working days. The cubicle was delivered within 4 working days but the panels were nowhere to be seen. After several aborted attempts to find out where they were using the online chat they were eventually delivered 2 weeks later... too late for the planned fitting. To add insult to injury, both panels were unusable thanks to the courier and one end detail was so badly damaged half of it was actually missing entirely. To VP's credit they handled the damage well and immediately refunded Paypal. I have now ordered replacements from Wickes as I dont think a replacement from VP would be in any better condition than the first delivery. The customer has to wait which makes me look bad. Shame.”

“I have ordered three items on three separate occasions in the last two weeks ( I should have been better organised and ordered all togehter!) and the quick delvery has been excellent and certainly one of the best I have experienced. All the products have fitted the purpose as described so a happy customer!”

“Paid an extra £14 to have the order delivered on a specific date as it had to be signed for by the courier It was delivered on a day I wasn't at home and left outside by my bins.”

“Ordered a replacement light pull cord with brushed brass handle to match our renovated bathroom. Initially ordered one from Amazon but the brass colouring was off and it broke within a week. Victoria Plumbing's Arezzo product was shipped speedily to my agreed collection point with no issues and the quality of product is excellent; far superior than what we bought off Amazon that was not fit for purpose. Definitely worth paying the little extra. You do indeed get what you pay for; a high quality product.”

“I ordered 2 samples of wall tiles, although the tiles were not what I wanted the service was really good, free and very quick. With other companies I have paid for samples, and they have taken a long time to arrive.”

“Although the product is delivered promptly..their customer service is the worst I have ever had. It is impossible to talk with a person. Even when you contact by email the reply can take forever .. therefore deadlines for returns etc make it difficult .. I could go on .. beware..”

“Have been aware of this company for many years but have never bought directly from them. Whilst searching the net for a new kitchen tap, I noticed their special offer on KT8026Q. Both wife and I liked the look of it and purchased. Delivery prompt and efficient. Packaging excellent. Fitting straightforward by local plumber who was also impressed by the product. Now in working use for just over a week. Very pleased! Many thanks, John Yeomans”

“Terrible! I ordered 2 boxes of tiles. 7 were broken or damaged. No phone line for domestic customers, only trade. Attempted live chat 3 times, have sent 3 emails, no response! I have had to pay my tile fitter for the partial work, and will have to pay him again if any replacements ever turn up.”
