“Very easy to find the product I needed and in this case a 10yr old shower switch that saved us replacing the whole unit. This saved me a considerable amount of time and money. Deliver was fast and communication excellent.”

“We're looking for traditional victorian but modern with brass furniture..looked in 3 local plumbing/bathroom showrooms......Nothing. Looked on Victorian plumbing, Bingo exactly what we wanted ! Placed order 3 days later all delivered 😀”

“I inherited a Ghrohe shower when I moved house which is brilliant, I have bought numerous shower heads over the years. I needed a replacement hose and new shower head so I bought Grohe ones as I realised they had to do justice to the quality of the shower and I wasn't disappointed. There was a huge difference to the cheaper ones I previously bought. The price was reasonable for the quality and there was a noticeable difference with the performance of the Grohe shower head. I received quickly and ordering on line was straightforward. Good selection of products at Victorian Plumbing, would recommend this company.”

“Heavy cast iron radiators were delivered kerbside and initially left on a public pavement, creating a safety and obstruction issue. I had to intervene to make the area safe and injured my back in the process. When I raised this promptly as a formal complaint, the response focused almost entirely on their terms and conditions rather than the safety issue itself. Each reply referred back to accepted delivery terms and insurance wording, with no acknowledgement of the situation customers can be put in when heavy items are left in unsafe locations. The complaint was closed internally with no accountability or goodwill shown. If you’re ordering heavy items, be aware that Victorian Plumbing rely strictly on their T&Cs if problems arise, regardless of the circumstances.”
