Poor quality products.
BEWARE...they also fail to publish negative comments on their own website!
We purchased a Vela toilet roll holder. From the outset, it quickly became loose. Despite repeatedly tightening, the issues persisted.
We tried to deal with them regarding a replacement/solution. Not one of their customer service advisors have listened or understood.
Very poor quality product, matched by equally inept customer service.
Avoid.
