“Everything was brilliant, tiles I ordered were spot on, great quality and arrived exactly on time. The only criticism was they were delivered to the curb and not inside. They are heavy and I’m in a wheelchair so I had to get them in the home somehow.”

“Excellent product- bathroom cabinet but let down by crazy delivery. Arrived on top of a huge pallet, one operative who would not carry it upstairs. I, nearly 80, had to break down the pallet and dispose of it at the tip. What a waste of materials and time, why not use it again. I had to get help in to carry the cabinet upstairs. Why do you use a carrier who doesn't complete the service properly.”

“I ordered on June 30th with delivery promised by July 10th. Despite live chat assuring me on July 6th that the item was in stock and on track, it never shipped. On July 9th, I chased them again and was promised an update by the end of the day, but heard absolutely nothing. Fed up, I bought elsewhere. I had to use live chat to cancel the original order because their online form advised a minimum 72-hour response, and I didn't want to risk the item shipping in the meantime. To make matters worse, there was no email confirming the cancellation. A terrible, frustrating experience from a supposedly trusted brand—I won’t be returning.”

“Products all arrived in one piece and on time. However, I was not given an option for delivery type and these arrived on a pallet and the delivery men were unable to help me move any of the large objects I had purchased up to my first floor flat. It made the experience very stressful as I live alone and had to then pay another third party to deliver these items into my flat.”
