“Good quality items and clear delivery instructions - it would be helpful to have a courier who is allowed to help unload the stock, not just drop them at the curbside though!”

“Heavy cast iron radiators were delivered kerbside and initially left on a public pavement, creating a safety and obstruction issue. I had to intervene to make the area safe and injured my back in the process. When I raised this promptly as a formal complaint, the response focused almost entirely on their terms and conditions rather than the safety issue itself. Each reply referred back to accepted delivery terms and insurance wording, with no acknowledgement of the situation customers can be put in when heavy items are left in unsafe locations. The complaint was closed internally with no accountability or goodwill shown. If you’re ordering heavy items, be aware that Victorian Plumbing rely strictly on their T&Cs if problems arise, regardless of the circumstances.”

“Victorian plumbing website excellant, helpful staff. Only problem was with the third party delivery, I had to walk a very heavy awkward boxed vanity unit up 32 steps. Step....by step.....by step. It took me an hour of strenuous effort to get it (and a basin) into my apartment. I cut a finger and ruptured a tendon in my elbow, not supprising at 78 years of age. If I had been informed in advance that two or three people would be required I would have taken steps to comply. I useless pallet was also left.”

“I am disappointed with the service from Victorian Plumbing. I sent all the required photos and diagnostic information on 1 November, yet after almost four weeks and three follow ups, I have had no response and no progress on a faulty thermostatic cartridge. This level of communication is not good enough. Customers should not need to chase repeatedly to resolve a clear product issue. Thank you.”

“Took out a wet radiator in a cold bedroom & put in an electric one , fantastic result. Can now heat the one bedroom on low when not needed elsewhere. Great quality & service”

“Great that you can order free tile samples, but they probably need wrapping in bubble wrap: my box pushed through the letter box meant that all 3 samples were chipped and the edges broken off.”
