“I ordered a few items for a bathroom remodel and I can't say it was a completely positive experience. As the delivery was on a pallet, I was given a few delivery day options. I didn't chose the earliest available and I was expecting the delivery to be that day. There was absolutely no communication that the delivery was being delayed. I had to chase with Victorian plumbing, which arranged a delivery on the next day. I was expecting my pallet to be delivered early, but in the afternoon I had to chase the delivery multiple times, after no communication from Victorian plumbing or the delivery company. After finally being delivered the items, we found the bathtub was broken, looking like it was knocked when loading. Overall, I gave 3 stars for the variety offered by Victorian plumbing and their customer service team, which was very helpful and efficient. But i would have expected more communication on the delivery.”

“Simple and easy process ordering our products and really pleased with the quality of items. The only downfall was we were told we would have 2 hours notice when being delivered and received a text at quarter to 4 saying they will be delivered between 3:20 and 5:20. This meant we had to rush to the property which is a fair distance away from home and ended up having our items left in the rain until we reached the property. Luckily there was no damage to the items but was quite annoying for us having to rush up panicking with not enough notice.”

“It was very to order from website. Delivery was booked for a convenient date and arrived when expected and the driver put the items in my garage for me. Excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Victoria Plumbing again!”

“Took a long time to be delivered, when I placed the order it said it would be delivered on Friday however the company who was doing the actual delivery didn’t receive the order on Friday and was delivered the following Tuesday! Sink I received is not the sink as advertised!!!”

“Great quality and good price The shipment arrived on time and the pallet was soundly packaged. The driver delivered onto our driveway and left. ,his job done. We deconstructed the pallet and put items into our garage awaiting the arrival of the plumber in two weeks time. Nothing appeared to be damaged but we will have to wait for our experts examination to determine this.”
