“The delivery completely let the company down. Sending the goods on a massive pallet to a retail customer and leaving at the roadside is awful, the property is unoccupied and empty and a 6 hour time slot was given which meant waiting for 6 hours at an empty house for the goods to arrive. There is con customer consideration, its all about how cheaply you can make the delivery to maximise your profit. I will not be ordering from Victoria Plumbing ever again.”

“Ordering online was relatively straightforward. I also managed to add an item onto my already confirmed order easily. What was disappointing was the delivery. I was kept updated on when my pallet of good would be delivered and it all arrived as expected, however the delivery driver would not bring the items into the house. As I was not aware of this in advance., I had no way of getting the stuff inside until my husband returned home from work. I also live on a busy road so could not leave the house in case items from the package were taken.”

“We live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands and because of on island stock limitations, we generally have to order goods using the internet and receive items in the post. Your service was excellent and the ordered items arrived by post within a few days, so well done and thankyou!”
