“Easy ordering process, good price, only downside the whole order came in dribs and drabs ( 3 lots ) and one of them the tailgate had broken so had to handball it off then made me take the pallet , over all happy , please come up with a way to take the pallet back and reuse them”

“Trally pleased with our new toilet seat it fits perfectly. We purchased our bathroom from yourselves and needed a replacement seat and thankfully we could still get one to fit. It’s comfortable when sitting and also like the soft close feature.”

“Ordering was easy. No problem with delivery. The only issue I had was the length of time between confirmation of order and dispatch. This, combined with the advice not to contact a plumber until items were delivered meant it was a month between placing the order and the tap being fitted.”

“These tiles were good value and gave smartened up my kitchen, however there 20 broken tiles which luckily we were still able to use but clearly care wasn’t taken when they were loaded onto the delivery van. I would have liked a delivery fee refund but didn’t have the time to pursue it. Lovely tiles though.”
