“Good quality items and clear delivery instructions - it would be helpful to have a courier who is allowed to help unload the stock, not just drop them at the curbside though!”

“Victorian plumbing website excellant, helpful staff. Only problem was with the third party delivery, I had to walk a very heavy awkward boxed vanity unit up 32 steps. Step....by step.....by step. It took me an hour of strenuous effort to get it (and a basin) into my apartment. I cut a finger and ruptured a tendon in my elbow, not supprising at 78 years of age. If I had been informed in advance that two or three people would be required I would have taken steps to comply. I useless pallet was also left.”

“Great package when delivered I'd thought there ETA would be sooner but ha ho demand I suppose items were well packaged if good quality goods but I had a part missing and after 4 days still awaiting a response so that side things not so good that's why 4 stars not 5”

“We decided to buy our toilet and the cistern as well as a unit from Victoria Pluming as the prices were reasonable and we compromised on not having top modern quality. The unit comes without a top cover which we also bought from Victoria Pluming, however it didn't fit and we sent it back, Mid October. As I didn't hear back for 2 weeks, I created a refund query in the system, which was responded in couple of days and within a week we now have the refund. I terms of quality, time will tell. I wish the return process was quicker and more efficient but overall experience was good enough.”

“Competitive prices, simple ordering process, good updates on delivery. Quality products, however a couple of parts were missing and the process for recovering these was a long winded process.”

“The products are of good quality and arrived on time. However it would help if the items were delivered in to the house, not dumped on the pavement. I was lucky that a male neighbour was around to help get the items inside, otherwise they would still be where they were left. Not all customers are young, fit and strong!”

“mostly the items we bought were as expected but dont expect high quality at low prices. Good value for money. One disappointment was that the toilet did not have a true round waste so modern waste pipe would not seal did not know until the plumber came to fit. He managed to adapt it with a different collar. Make sure you check it all on arrival as lead in times mean you cant be without a loo. Pays you money I suppose.”

“Happy with everything except the pallet came with black rapping and I was unable to see the product to check and when I cut the rapping and see the product the driver was gone and that huge pallet left in front of the door Which I need to arrange the date for recycling . I would appreciate more if the driver return the empty pallet but overall I am happy with everything.”
