“Did not recieve my item. No contact number to reach customer services, emails are slow it has been one week i have raised the issue and still no progress. Rhe courier took it back because it was damaged. Just a big failure to be honest.”

“Bought Chatsworth 1928 traditional crosshead bath shower mixer tap with shower kit. Seems good quality, heavy, well made item. Easy to fit into original two holes from single bath taps. Only minus is the cradle holding the shower head is set back and so wets the floor when finished with it. you have to leave it in the bath when finished. Service was excellent, delivered within 3 days of ordering. have ordered another for one of our other bathrooms”

“initially service was good but the order said "Order Complete"straight away?? I have waited 18 days for the items to be delivered?? NO phone calls from the delivery people, I rang them twice in Liverpool. I CAN't ring Victorian Plumbing?? I have done endless "Chats" had one apology for the delay from VP but even when they were informed about delivery from the Transport people VP didn't contact me. It will make me nervous about ordering from them again”
