“Ordered 2 black double radiators for my kitchen and livingroom. Came when scheduled, delivery driver was helpful and waited until we checked the pallet for damages. Radiators are on the wall and look amazing and heat up well. I will be ordering more for the rest of the house and a new bathroom when the time comes as we are renovating the whole house.”

“Very good service was kept informed on delivery dates daily and when an item didn't arrive Victorian Plumb were quick to sort this out and it arrived within a couple of days and did not delay the install. Hood quality and I saved £5k on what I was quoted from my local bathroom supplier. I would highly recommend Victorian Plumbing!”

“Very good service apart from the delivery company you use my goods were dumped in my drive. i found the packing was damaged on one corner and both panels had approx 10 cm crack on the edge as luck had it those bits were cut off as the panels were a bit to big.Not a good delivery company.”

“ORD-0041760886-2304389 I am not sure how they have such good reviews, I had a terrible experience using this website. I ordered 2 toilet, shower mixer, bath tap, and 2 basin taps. Literally everything arrived scratched. Retuning is a nightmare, my case is still a work in progress, still have not managed to deal with my returned packs. Delivery took almost a week and a half. Total order was over £1100, I can only use the toilets, had to return everything else, now waiting for another 2 weeks minimum until they give me the money back for the returned items, I had to buy everything again from another website, so spend twice the money, once on this website, once for the good that I could actually use. I am very sorry but I will not recommend to anyone and I will stay far away from ordering from you. You need to sort out the staff that its in charge of revising and posting the orders, everything was beautifully packed and not damaged in transit, items where not checked properly by the person who packed them, clearly. This could have all been avoided if the person that packed my items checked them properly.”

“Yet to install, but the delivery was awful. We were asked of access to property then the driver just left it on the road, didn't even ask where to leave it, it was a hazard for traffic. I wouldn't mind but we had a garage it could have gone in. Don't buy from them! Spend your money elsewhere”
