“The items and prices were great. Especially the offers that were on. I did have a problem with a wrong item being sent. But after speaking to the team they were very helpful and helped me arrange the return. As soon as they had it I received a full refund. Very good service and would definitely use again. It's getting harder to find these brands of clothes and this company has good selection and great prices.”

“The service was okay apart from the sizing advice. I have been a long time wearer of Calvin Klien underwear but wanted to check out Saxx. I followed the website’s size advice and ordered a pair of Saxx in size Large. I really wanted to like them and would have ordered another twenty pairs but unfortunately, they didn’t fit and they obviously can’t be returned because of underwear return policy. Waste of twenty quid.”

“Urban surfer delivery and goods have been excellent no problems , quick and easy , im just awaiting on a refund as one of the items sizing was wrong which was my fault . As long as the refund is received then I have no problem in giving this company 5 stars”
