Ordered well before Christmas. The site did not inform that delivery would be 2nd week January until after order placed. Order actually arrived 3 days later than notified delivery. Not great (and hopeless as a Christmas present).

Hi Deborah Carter. I'm sorry you ordered an item that needed to be ordered in from our supplier and didn't notice the text showing the estimated delivery date. It was on the product page, checkout and also on your email order confirmation. I can see the estimated delivery was the 10th January and this was the day we dispatched your order. A quick email to our friendly customer support team before Christmas would have meant we would have been able to send something out to you sooner.

My parcel had not arrived yet. It has been 5 days since my parcel has been set to arrive and it is still not here.

I'm sorry you've not received your order. I can't see any emails from you so you've not given us a chance to rectify this. There have been a number of Royal Mail strikes this week which has resulted in nationwide chaos and delays of around 3-5 working days. I will ask our customer services to reach out to you to see how we can fix this for you.

Don't buy direct, buy off their ebay shop, the shipping is free, very disappointed I didn't spot this earlier. Emailed shop but received no response. However, product excellent, worth the money (-postage)

Thanks for your review. We answer all emails within 24 hours so please check your spam folder. It should not be the case that our eBay store is cheaper. In fact we always make sure our store is more competitive so please contact us again to resolve this.

I bought 2 hats for a Christmas present and one of them wasn’t the one I ordered. Luckily the person liked the hat but still not impressed as it wasn’t the one I wanted.

I ordered two pairs of boxer shorts both said in stock I paid £5.99 for next day delivery only one arrived, I was advised by customer service that even though I ordered medium it was only XL in stock, after numerous emails in which customer service are not very speedy at replies I am still waiting, I have asked for alternatives available in that size as its pointless ordering anything else when all sizes say they are in stock when actually they are not but still no reply on that - my advice would be that individual sizes should say if they are in stock or not otherwise this will be a re-occurring problem, I have sinned asked for a refund so I can go elsewhere for the brand I want but not sure how long that's going to take!

Hi Kelly. I can see one of the items you ordered states dispatched within 7 days. It hasn't yet been 7 days since you ordered. We dispatched the other pair that was in stock and will dispatch the other pair within the timeframe stated. I'm sorry if this has not been obvious and we will attempt to make this clearer. 99% of everything on our site is in stock for immediate dispatch but there are a few that state they are available for "dispatch within 7 days" in order to give you a choice.

Hi there! The socks looked fab once I eventually managed to order them...... but I have to say that unless I was buying for a specific Christmas gift, then I would have given up!! Your website search is a disaster!

Phoned and left a message directly after delivery with telephone number as instructed by contact info. Not telephoned or replied to. Not as reviews describe their service. No confidence at all should item need to be returned as it’s a Xmas present.

Homeys already look old and need replacing poor quality we have purchased homeys foe a few years but the last two purchased have been very poor quality made not be buying again

I bought a watchstrap, which turned out to be of poor quality. I contacted Urban Surfer to see what could be done before I wrote a review. As instructed by them, I emailed photos of the strap, in it's poor condition after one day of wear, but was informed that my photos would be passed on to the manufacturer. I have not heard anything since. I had hoped that the dealer of a sub-standard product would take some sort of responsibility and display some customer service.

2nd time I've ordered online and second time they have emailed me to tell me the item is actually out of stock. Pointless ordering, but at least they emailed.

Hi Richard. Sorry to hear this. We upgraded our website just a couple of days before you ordered and had a few technical issues. I'm pleased to say all bugs have been fixed now.
