“Bought a belt. Item was not as advertised online. The buckle and trim were painted black and were not brushed metal as in the photo advertising. Sent an email and did not get any response for three weeks. Was sent an email to write a review so I did, this one, which has now been edited as matters progressed. Once the review was live, I had immediate contact wanting to resolve the mattered stating that my email had been missed and had now been found. From this point onwards the company were helpful and very keen to put things right. They sent a new belt with the right buckle free of charge and now have a happy customer. I cannot give 5 stars because of the initial lack of communication, but they have since been very helpful and gone to considerable effort to put things right.”

“I bought a shirt from here and it was very nice my husband likes it but the size is too small so I returned it back, and bought the size smaller. I have sent my return and received the new shirt smaller size yet I havent received the refund. Its been 3 weeks”
