“Ordered Heelys as gift for my younger sister, she didn't like them so I returned the item. After recieving an email with the return label I haven't received any kind of update or email since then. No refund received either.”

Hi Callum. Sorry to hear you've not received your refund. I have looke dinto this and it appears you did not include your order number with the return so we were unable to allocate it to your order. I have now found the return and issued a refund. I've also checked our messages and can't find anything from you. A quick email to our friendly customer services team would have rectified the issue immediately.
