“Long delay in receiving sunglasses as a birthday gift, apparently out of stock. Would have appreciated being told this or better still, item marked as out of stock when I clicked on them before purchasing. Arrived well past Son's birthday so very disappointed. Glasses are ok but I would have gone elsewhere if I knew there were going to be delivery issues.”

“The socks I purchased for my Husbands Birthday came promptly and were perfect, he loved them . Looked all over for some decent brown stripy socks and Urban Surfer was one of only few places that had them . Thanks 🙌🏼”

“Customer service was good but ultimately the product I ordered took longer than expected (12 days) and when it did arrive it was the wrong product. The company did arrange collection for the incorrect item and processed a refund for the item I never received (but the refund did take a month to complete). I couldn’t recommend - I certainly won’t be purchasing anything from them again.”

Hi Callum. Sorry to hear you've not received your refund. I have looke dinto this and it appears you did not include your order number with the return so we were unable to allocate it to your order. I have now found the return and issued a refund. I've also checked our messages and can't find anything from you. A quick email to our friendly customer services team would have rectified the issue immediately.
