“Urban Surfer requested a review, so this is my review from another review site: A really disappointing experience. My order was never actually dispatched, despite being given a tracking number for a 48-hour delivery service. The tracking never updated over a 5 day window, when I contacted them to query the tracking, I was told the issue was with the tracking system and to just expect the delivery the following week. That didn’t sit right with me, so I checked reviews on Trustpilot and quickly realised this seems to be an ongoing issue with them. Based on that, I decided not to wait any longer and raised a chargeback on my credit card. Would strongly advise avoiding using this company. Edit: Interestingly, as soon as the chargeback was approved, the tracking information that had been provided has now mysteriously disappeared altogether. This only reinforces my concerns about how this order was handled from the start. Edit (after company response): They’ve now responded four weeks later, claiming they have “no recollection” of any contact and can’t find my emails. That’s surprising, given I did reach out at the time and was told to wait longer from the orders@ email address and from the same member of staff replying to trustpilot reviews Shifting the issue onto customers for supposedly not getting in touch, or suggesting there’s no record of communication, doesn’t reflect well on Urban Surfer at all. I have already raised and completed a chargeback due to the lack of delivery and unclear handling of the order. This response only adds to the overall lack of confidence in how issues are managed and affirms my believe that people should avoid purchasing from Urban Surfer completely.”

Hi Tim, I am really pleased you have put this review only because we now have your info to hand and I have sent an email straight over having found the communication, on the other review platform there was very little info and I could not find you and that is genuinely the case. We very much care for the customers and try everything we can to help, in my email I acknowledge I missed the last email, which isn't acceptable and I am dumbfounded how I have done so as we did speak a fair bit on the 27th. Your order was 100% dispatched, there would be no rhyme or reason not to send out an item that was available that you had ordered, it was unfortunate that the courier has lost it in transit. Your refund has now been processed after I found your last email requesting. I don't know what else to say other than I sincerely apologise for the lack in our service and I hope the email I have sent helps to rectify or at least remedy some of the issues you faced. “Unfortunately my order took literally months to arrive. After emails back and forth and waiting to hear a reply, at the end of all that the product wasn’t what I was looking for so have returned them, which I’m still waiting to hear anything back like wether my return has gone through or when I will receive my refund”

“The wrong item was sent after a significant delay in delivery time! I tried to call and sent emails but couldn't get through. Finally had a response and they apologised saying it was due to change in logistics carrier. Correct item and collection of wrong item then sorted very quickly.”

“I bought a womens Superdry jumper from Urban Surfer which I'm very pleased with. Their Customer Service is really good. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it took rather a long time to get here. However, this was preferable than ordering it from Superdry as they use Evri for delivery and I've had too many bad experiences with them. Too much hassle and stress.”
