“Ordered for the first time but unfortunately I received the wrong order, so I had to take it to the post office to return in my own time, and as I had to return the order first before I could have a replacement the item I wanted is now out of stock. This was for a present for my mum so I’m very disappointed. However the company was helpful regarding the process.”

Hi Angela. Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you think the delivery time was slow. The estimated delivery date of your order based on the delivery method you chose (which was advised during checkout) was 24th November but it was actually delivered on the 21st November. We do offer express or next day delivery if you require faster delivery in the future.

“The service was good, the ordered goods came very promptly and just as I had expected but I received no email confirmation from the website that the order had been placed and I had to ring to confirm.”

“The Superdry rucksack arrived promptly, however it was very dusty at the bottom end. I was able to wipe it off with a damp cloth, but items should be stored properly to avoid this issue in future.”
