About Urban Cooling:

At Urban Cooling, we have been installing all types of air conditioning solutions into residential, commercial, retail and leisure premises for over 20 years.

We specialise in providing air conditioning to buildings which otherwise cannot have it. With our solutions, buildings such as apartments and listed buildings can have the same standard of air conditioning as conventional systems provide, without the need for an external unit.

Operating within the M25, we undertake installations across all London postcodes.

“We asked Urban Cooling to install a water-cooled air con system in the master bedroom of our Victorian terrace which is in a conservation area so would have required planning permission (likely refused) for an alternative system. We live right under the Heathrow flight path so have 4.30am wake up calls if we open the bedroom window in summer, so this was the best option available to us. We opted for the cheapest option so the unit is quite large, because the condenser unit is in the unsound-proofed loft the vibration is pretty loud in the hallway, and our energy consumption has increased during summer months but we are so pleased we installed it! It cools the room brilliantly and gives relief during those 30+ days especially. The service we received from UC was excellent as well, from the initial visit, installation, follow up, and all the coordination and comms that go with it. Highly recommend!”

“Great experience with Urban Cooling. I had two units installed, one in the living room and another one in the bedroom. The installation was done in one day and to a high standard. I work remotely from my flat, which gets very hot in the summer, making it difficult to concentrate on work or enjoy relaxation time during increasingly longer spans in the summer. This coming summer will be my third since the installation, and having air conditioning has radically improved my life for the better during the summertime. I can keep my flat as cool as I want and it is a joy to have. I fully recommend having it installed if your place gets uncomfortably hot in the summer, and Urban Cooling to do the job.”

“I recently had my air-con installed and I must say, it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Gary, the engineer, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had about the installation process. The installation itself was seamless and efficient. The team worked quickly and diligently to ensure that everything was installed properly and functioning as it should. They also took the time to explain the features and settings of the air-con unit, which was very helpful. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Urban Cooling for anyone in need of a fully internal air-con unit. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly set them apart from the rest.”

“Very easy company to deal with answered all my questions. The installation went smoothly did everything they said they would and completed all making good after. The unit itself has been a godsend keeping my apartment cool in the hot months overall very satisfied with urban cooking.”

“Amazing service by urban cooling from initial query to installation. I had 2 units installed in my flat last year and found their price to be the best in the market. They were very professional and punctual during the installation process. Very effective air conditioning which made our summer really enjoyable last year and would highly recommend urban cooling.”

“The process of retrofitting aircon to our apartment by Urban Cooling was very smooth and the result very pleasing with no adverse effect on the decorative order of our apartment. Mark Cullen, the Urban Cooling director who carried out the initial visit, was very helpful and quick to respond to any query not only at the pre-sale stage - but throughout the whole process. The installation team was very efficient, helpful and friendly and left the place clean at the end of each of the 2 installation days. Finally, the finishing decorator did an excellent job - leaving the apartment in perfect decorative order (and yes, we are fussy...). Excellent customer experience from Urban Cooling.”

“We had 3 Panasonic units and a water cooled condenser unit fitted. The guys were super tidy and efficient and the whole process was very easy…. Now just for the warm weather to really test them out!”

“I would happily recommend Urban Cooling. They really know their stuff and were professional, responsive and easy to deal with. They were thorough with their free survey and presented all the different options available to me honestly and objectively. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold, which is always a concern with a significant investment. The installation was completed quicker than originally estimated and follow up / servicing since has been very straightforward. Great job!”

“Needed air-conditioning without putting a box on an outside wall. Talked to Urban Cooling and after a short sight visit and a sensible quote it was installed very quickly, efficiently and most importantly with very little mess. A great system for a London Flat. Thanks!”
