About Urban Cooling:

At Urban Cooling, we have been installing all types of air conditioning solutions into residential, commercial, retail and leisure premises for over 20 years.

We specialise in providing air conditioning to buildings which otherwise cannot have it. With our solutions, buildings such as apartments and listed buildings can have the same standard of air conditioning as conventional systems provide, without the need for an external unit.

Operating within the M25, we undertake installations across all London postcodes.

“I opted for the single Panasonic unit and water cooling for our main living room. We get the sunshine over the apartment most of the day which is wonderful but it can be very warm in the peak of summer. This system suited our needs perfectly. I was able to book an installation slot ahead of time and the 3 part deposit payment method made it easily affordable. When the installation team turned up they were pleasant, happy and engaging. They worked as a pair and were able to finish the installation in a few hours. As per the pictures, the only hole in the ceiling was one to run the piping to the unit. I chose to have it above the doorway and they were able to fit it into the door frame. The recommended decorator was also brilliant. The making good was just professional and quick. The unit is quiet with the compressor in the utility cupboard with our heat exchanger which has a quiet hum also. It cools the room in a couple of minutes and easily maintains the required temperature. Cost wise it is seems to be around £1 a day even with the high electricity prices at the moment. I am super thrilled with it and thank you!”

“I am very happy with my New air conditioning essential in this not weather. It is quiet and efficient. The technicians were very helpful and professional. Installation was on time, quick and without any fuss. I would highly recommend that company.”

“Suppose to be here Friday 2 weeks ago Never turned up. No called to say would be late nothing - Lost £300 worth of work i could have done but gave away Last Friday was all booked in and once again same thing, no one turned up and no call again and lost another load of wages for job i gave to other people No email to say sorry or nothing”

“We were very fortunate insofar as you were able to install the air-conditioning in our flat just prior to the hot spell we had in early June. I am pleased to say that all four units appear to work as we would have expected them and we are very satisfied with them, and indeed recommend them to our fellow owners.”

“We asked Urban Cooling to install a water-cooled air con system in the master bedroom of our Victorian terrace which is in a conservation area so would have required planning permission (likely refused) for an alternative system. We live right under the Heathrow flight path so have 4.30am wake up calls if we open the bedroom window in summer, so this was the best option available to us. We opted for the cheapest option so the unit is quite large, because the condenser unit is in the unsound-proofed loft the vibration is pretty loud in the hallway, and our energy consumption has increased during summer months but we are so pleased we installed it! It cools the room brilliantly and gives relief during those 30+ days especially. The service we received from UC was excellent as well, from the initial visit, installation, follow up, and all the coordination and comms that go with it. Highly recommend!”

“Great experience with Urban Cooling. I had two units installed, one in the living room and another one in the bedroom. The installation was done in one day and to a high standard. I work remotely from my flat, which gets very hot in the summer, making it difficult to concentrate on work or enjoy relaxation time during increasingly longer spans in the summer. This coming summer will be my third since the installation, and having air conditioning has radically improved my life for the better during the summertime. I can keep my flat as cool as I want and it is a joy to have. I fully recommend having it installed if your place gets uncomfortably hot in the summer, and Urban Cooling to do the job.”

“I recently had my air-con installed and I must say, it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Gary, the engineer, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had about the installation process. The installation itself was seamless and efficient. The team worked quickly and diligently to ensure that everything was installed properly and functioning as it should. They also took the time to explain the features and settings of the air-con unit, which was very helpful. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Urban Cooling for anyone in need of a fully internal air-con unit. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly set them apart from the rest.”

“Amazing service by urban cooling from initial query to installation. I had 2 units installed in my flat last year and found their price to be the best in the market. They were very professional and punctual during the installation process. Very effective air conditioning which made our summer really enjoyable last year and would highly recommend urban cooling.”
