About Urban Cooling:

At Urban Cooling, we have been installing all types of air conditioning solutions into residential, commercial, retail and leisure premises for over 20 years.

We specialise in providing air conditioning to buildings which otherwise cannot have it. With our solutions, buildings such as apartments and listed buildings can have the same standard of air conditioning as conventional systems provide, without the need for an external unit.

Operating within the M25, we undertake installations across all London postcodes.

“Great experience with Urban Cooling. I had two units installed, one in the living room and another one in the bedroom. The installation was done in one day and to a high standard. I work remotely from my flat, which gets very hot in the summer, making it difficult to concentrate on work or enjoy relaxation time during increasingly longer spans in the summer. This coming summer will be my third since the installation, and having air conditioning has radically improved my life for the better during the summertime. I can keep my flat as cool as I want and it is a joy to have. I fully recommend having it installed if your place gets uncomfortably hot in the summer, and Urban Cooling to do the job.”

“Outstanding Service from Urban Cooling ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So glad I chose to use Urban Cooling to fit air conditioning at my home last year. They installed five Toshiba Haori air conditioning units inside all connecting back to one outdoor condenser, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and very tidy. They took great care with the installation, paid close attention to detail. The Toshiba Haori systems look great and are very efficient, providing economic heating over last winter and are a absolutely fantastic at keeping our home cool especially through these heatwaves we are having this year. Urban Cooling clearly take pride in their work, and the customer service was first-class. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Urban Cooling to anyone seeking a professional, reliable air conditioning company. Five-star service throughout. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Absolutely delightedwith my new air conditioning, even though I've only had it installed for less than 24 hours, it's already a life changer....though I guess when you're in the middle of a heatwave that helps! Everyone I've dealt with at Urban Cooling has been super professional and the company have been great with their communication, keeping me updated every step of the way. The install at each stage was carried out efficiently and each contractor for the plumbing and electrics were top notch. Gary & Finn did a great job on the fitting and connecting of the units and made sure everything was working before they left.”

“I could not fault Urban cooling, from the two ladies I liased with in the office, Lisa and Rebecca to Jake who made a video call to me, to Kenny coming over to assess my flat to the guys who installed the units, the plumber and the electrician. Each and every one of them were always courteous, helpful and knowledgable. The air con is fantastic so extremely pleased all round Well done Urban cooling! I would most definitely recommend this company.”

“Very efficient installation with minimal disruption. Thought about our needs and sensitive to not creating too much damage or decoration needs in an old building. Systems works very efficiently and unit is not too loud, which we were concerned about. Not cheap, but worth the expense.”

“We had four air conditioning units installed by Urban Cooling and are really happy with our experience. It started with the initial enquiry. We reached out to Urban Cooling and a number of competitors, but Urban stood out for their responsiveness and availability. They answered all of our questions, explained the pricing clearly, and made the whole process feel straightforward. We got in touch just as the heatwaves began, so we really appreciated how quickly they were able to arrange a survey. Their pricing was also very competitive. We did experience a couple of last-minute cancellations, which was a little frustrating. However, Aidan and Keegan were fantastic. In a single day, they made up the progress that would have been completed over the previous two days, which I was incredibly grateful for. They worked quickly without compromising on quality, were thorough, tidy and respectful of our home, and always left everything spotless. I never had any concerns about our belongings being damaged. The units themselves are fantastic. They cool the house so brilliantly that we’ve actually chosen to stay home and enjoy them during the recent heatwave rather than venture out into the London heat! They also look great and fit in beautifully with our décor. We did have a couple of minor issues with two units dripping after installation, and communication was a little slower than we’d hoped when arranging the repairs. However, given it was peak season, that was understandable. Once they attended, they diagnosed and fixed the issues promptly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d wholeheartedly recommend Urban Cooling. From customer service and competitive pricing to the quality of the installation and aftercare, they’ve been excellent throughout. Even with the minor hiccups along the way, I always felt well looked after. Thanks, Urban Cooling!”

“Hi, Urban Cooling installed my water cooled AC over 1 and 1/2 days which went fairly smoothly. There was a small issue with the plumbing as a valve was inserted the incorrect way but that was sorted out the following day. The electrican also had to come back to fix in a larger socket box which again was done quickly. So the installation was efficient. The only issue I have come across so far (as I have only had the unit for a short while) is that there is a rattle from the casing, a video of which I attach. Perhaps this can be reviewed about what can be done about this as it is a little noisy.”

“Very pleasant group of guys installed our aircon. They knew each other and worked well together. The installation was not overly complicated but smallish problems did arise and were overcome by the plumber and electrician. They all arrived on time and the install didn’t require a full day. Very pleased so far.”

“I have installed a total of seven units across my two apartments in Ealing, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Their products are of outstanding quality, and the service provided is consistently exceptional. The management team is genuinely willing to help, even at very short notice, and their responsiveness is truly impressive. The engineer is extremely kind, professional, and helpful, and the workmanship is always reliable. With this level of service and support, I would not consider using any other company for future installations. They have earned my full trust and highest recommendation.
