About Urban Cooling:

At Urban Cooling, we have been installing all types of air conditioning solutions into residential, commercial, retail and leisure premises for over 20 years.

We specialise in providing air conditioning to buildings which otherwise cannot have it. With our solutions, buildings such as apartments and listed buildings can have the same standard of air conditioning as conventional systems provide, without the need for an external unit.

Operating within the M25, we undertake installations across all London postcodes.

“Great experience with Urban Cooling. I had two units installed, one in the living room and another one in the bedroom. The installation was done in one day and to a high standard. I work remotely from my flat, which gets very hot in the summer, making it difficult to concentrate on work or enjoy relaxation time during increasingly longer spans in the summer. This coming summer will be my third since the installation, and having air conditioning has radically improved my life for the better during the summertime. I can keep my flat as cool as I want and it is a joy to have. I fully recommend having it installed if your place gets uncomfortably hot in the summer, and Urban Cooling to do the job.”

“Communication within the company departments might have been a bit better as information left with the Administrator does not always reach the engeneers. Otherwise, perfect, excellent job, would recommend.”

“We honestly could not recommend Urban Cooling more highly. From the very beginning, surveyor Kenny was absolutely amazing — professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He made everything feel straightforward and gave us complete confidence from start to finish. The installation team, Matt and Henry, were exceptional. We are extremely picky when it comes to our home and pay attention to every small detail, but their workmanship, cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. They treated our home with so much care and respect, and the final result looks incredible. A special mention also to Taylor, the decorator — unbelievably talented. So young and already so skilled at what he does. The finishing touches were immaculate and really completed the whole project perfectly. It’s rare to find a company where every single person involved delivers such a high standard, but Urban Cooling absolutely did. Outstanding service, outstanding team, and an outstanding result. Thank you again!”

“I was very impressed how the situation has been handled. The engineer who was supposed to install our system left the company. The team called me with a solution straight away and organised someone else to install the system few days later, it has done an amazing job. What I was most impressed is that urban cooling team found a solution and tackled the problem. It’s good to know that some companies care .”

“I have still not moved in to my new flat so my experience to date is based on the ordering and installation processes. I am very impressed with all aspects of Urban Cooling's operation. I phoned the company originally, having found them online while researching internal A/C. From that point onwards, all of the process was handled efficiently and very professionally. Thorough pre-installation surveys (video and on-site) were conducted by an Urban Cooling engineer to ensure the suitable A/C unit could be installed in my flat. Installation was conducted by Urban Cooling fitters who worked with my builders and knew exactly what to expect in my flat. After installation, I received follow-up contact from the office to ensure everything was satisfactory. From the very beginning up to now, the communication has been excellent and I have been kept well-informed of everything that is happening. There is a clearly explained annual maintenance package available to ensure the continued health of the system. Excellent service.”

“This is a high-quality provider, and the product and service were outstanding. The team members work together seamlessly: admin, surveyor, installation, electricity, blumber, decorator. “Today Urban Cooling engineer Michael came for the yearly checks on my 2 AC's and he exceeded my expectation for the check up to be done. The cold air from the AC units failed to give continuous cooling. Michael fixed the issue and made sure that both the AC's had cold air coming out and checked the condenser aswell. Top stars for Michael. I have been with Urban Cooling for a few years now and wanted to give my thanks also to Tony Ellerker, Ian Shepheard, the plumber who came last year to fix new piping (great job) and the women on the customer service team. Urban Cooling in my opinion, has always been helpful to me and is a fantastic company to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody. I was so amazed by Michael's job today hence my first time review for Urban Cooling. Keep it up guys and thank you so much for the great service. Sharda”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – “Absolutely Transformative!” – Daniel Harper I recently had a water-cooled air conditioning system installed in my London apartment, and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades I’ve ever made. Being unable to have an external condenser, I thought real air conditioning was impossible until I found Urban Cooling. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team explained everything clearly, installation was tidy and efficient, and the unit itself looks incredibly sleek on the wall. Most importantly, it cools the flat perfectly and runs quietly. If you live in a building with restrictions and think AC isn’t an option, think again. This system is a game changer. Highly recommended.”
