The process of retrofitting aircon to our apartment by Urban Cooling was very smooth and the result very pleasing with no adverse effect on the decorative order of our apartment. Mark Cullen, the Urban Cooling director who carried out the initial visit, was very helpful and quick to respond to any query not only at the pre-sale stage - but throughout the whole process. The installation team was very efficient, helpful and friendly and left the place clean at the end of each of the 2 installation days. Finally, the finishing decorator did an excellent job - leaving the apartment in perfect decorative order (and yes, we are fussy...). Excellent customer experience from Urban Cooling.
