I would happily recommend Urban Cooling. They really know their stuff and were professional, responsive and easy to deal with. They were thorough with their free survey and presented all the different options available to me honestly and objectively. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold, which is always a concern with a significant investment. The installation was completed quicker than originally estimated and follow up / servicing since has been very straightforward. Great job!
