“it's all good, but would have prefered to understand from your website that the radiator had a dual option of part of central heating system, or electric - it therefore surprised me to received various bits relating to the radiator - not everybody, like myself, is going to know that it wasn't a plain electric towel heater radiator for the bathroom, it would therefore be helpful for your website to give some explanation - remember buying on line you dont see the item & some of us need guidance from the seller - thank you”

“The company is very good delivery on time. but the towel rail element didn't work, could not get a WiFi connection to it , they replayed to my emails and tried to help but it was obvious it was faulty. So instead of having to send it back they gave me my money back”

“Purchase and delivery process went well. The stainless towel radiator will replace a painted steel item that has badly rusted and is yet to be fitted. As noted by another customer the fittings supplied are best used with a large washer under the screw head. However and like various other wall hung items it assumes that masonry walls are present which is not the case these days so I need to use a suitable heavy duty hollow wall fixing. The other odd point is that there are fixing lugs on the radiator that limits selecting a part of a hollow wall where a wooden joist is present. Standard towel radiator fixings that fit between the horizontal tubes cannot be used as the gap between these is too great. Apart from those two points the quality of the item looks very good.”

“Overall, good. Made an error on the first delivery attempt with the completely wrong radiator! However, a quick phone call and it was collected, returned and the correct one dispatched ASAP. Good quality radiator, well built and stylish. Yet to try it (saving on the heating at the moment).”

“I needed to replace a rather lengthy sized radiator that was installed in one of our bedrooms. Realising that this was not your typical standard size item, I eventually found one which was of a similar length from UK Radiators (Just shy of 350mm) @ 1,800mm.”

“The radiator was received the next day after ordering Came well packaged but had a blemish on one side where the radiator had been over-sprayed, however too much hassle to return it. Now mounted with blemish up against the wall so hopefully, there will be no problems. Installation by a plumber was easy.”

“The web page is a little busy. You can get very easily lost and bog down it to the wrong section. Having said that, if your a Webb savvy you will have no problem zipping around. I turned to the online chat help which where fantastic they where quick and gave me a link to the request product. Ordering was a breeze, floated through to the pay section no problem. The emails that followed kept me in the picture with swift delivery next day 👍👊💯👏👏👏”
