“Good product, very good price, only issue was delivery which got cancelled 3 times without explanation or apology. Finally got onto UK Rads whom got onto DX Express bank and delivery arrived next day. UK Rads excellent service, let down by their approved delivery service but resolved issue immediately when prompted”

“it's a very nice towel rail but what I ordered wasn't suitable for my purpose. I would have returned it but my husband unwrapped it and destroyed the packaging !”

“I like the radiator but you sent me a vertical one instead of a horizontal but my plumber has managed to fix it on”

“Took ages to get here then the radiator was dented . Then waited another age for the replacement , which wasn’t dented . The packaging could have been better .”

“Good looking radiator, seems to be good quality build. To be honest fixing to wall is hard work. 4 separate brackets need aligning so that the radiator sits on all 4 properly. Would be better with 2 brackets. I would buy again”

“The radiators are very solidly built and look great. They come complete with the top blanking plug and bleed valve fitted and the mounting brackets and fasteners to suit are included. My only gripe is positioning the brackets. The radiators sit very close to the wall and it’s difficult to mark the mounting holes. A paper template of some sorts would make life a whole lot easier during installation. Replaced an 800mm long unit so some pipe bending was required. Delivered the day after I ordered them.”

“Very happy with ordering and quick delivery. Radiator was well packed and showed no damage on outer packaging however one of the side grills was distorted and bent on one edge. We couldn't be bothered returning so straightened best we could.”

“I bought the WARP T BOLD in orange for my bathroom. Which is not being renovated till October, so I can only review the delivery and aesthetics of the radiator. Point of interest the radiator is despatched from the manufacturer so will arrive separately from anything else you purchase such as valves. It looks beautiful.”
