The full order has not been fulfilled yet. It is unlikely to change my view though. Range of products and ease of finding and selecting was good. Checkout was easy and communication post order to speed of delivery was also good. That said order was missing key parts. Email exchange to establish next steps was poor. Missing parts were on back order for 2 weeks which has delayed the job completion. Communication from then was largely indifferent to this which for me is key. Getting a job done in a timely and methodical way is also important. Options to remedy not clearly offered. Key for me was that I simply wouldn’t have ordered the parts if they had been out of stock with a 2 week turnaround. So either system not updated or process to communicate at point of order not fit for purpose. Either way very disappointed after the ease initially.

Hello Daniel, I am sorry to hear that you were missing an item from the delivery. Unfortunately we were not able to replace the missing item straight away as this was now out of stock, which we advised to you, and the expected due date. I can see that you were contacted, and a replacement order for the missing item was raised and placed on back order within 20 minutes from you contacting us. Unfortunately there was not another suitable alternative available, so we provided the option of a free return for a full refund. I can see that the back ordered item was dispatched 1 week after you made us aware of the delivery issue. Once again, I apologise for the issue and any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately although these were marketed as 8mm TRVs, they were actually 15mm TRVs with reducing rings. This wasn't what we were looking for and the marketing around this felt unclear.

Purchased some Talus Bold Black Thermostatic Radiator Valves, I chose these particular values as I wanted a smooth finish to match my radiator and many others I looked said they had a textured finish. However when they arrived they were textured finish, they were just not accurately described on the website, I would have sent them back but I wasn't sure I would be able to get a replacement before I had arranged for the plumber was coming to fit them. - disappointingly, a more accurate description would have avoided this.

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the valves were not as expected. I have checked in our product description and it does mention that these have a textured finish. As you may be aware, we do offer a free returns service, so if they were not suitable then you were always able to return them for a full refund. Fast delivery and price was good. Unfortunately this is the second radiator we have received that is damaged, the box was undamaged yet the radiator had a large dent. The same radiator was not available to be exchanged so finally got a 10%discount. Great prices but maybe the reason is that the radiators are damaged in some way.

Despite the goods being damaged there was good communication in place. Very disappointed in the courier service provider. Wasted an awful lot of time and at my expense!!!

First radiator turned up a day later than expected on opening it was broken. I cant fault uk radiators when I called on the Thursday they offered 10% discount and a tub of touch up paint or a replacment - i asked for replacement as the crack was too noticeable, they organised collection and a new radiator to be delivered for the Monday. Monday morning a courier arrive and collected old radiator I was advised they didn't have my new one as it must be with another courier. It was with APC. APC promised delivery would happen however it never as per the week before it was going to be another day (normally this wouldn't be an issue however our plumber who had expected to be working on this item was ready for when the first item arrived broken a week a go). Apc called and stated the van was in an accident 5 mins later oh sorry mam I got the wrong van yours is OK and will be with you today (Monday late afternoon evening) - it never arrived Tuesday after many many phone calls between courier and UK radiators and after many failed promises the item arrived late as my plumber was packing up. due to this major delays this has now impacted the rest of the work. The delivery person was unhelpful and rude and I'm not surprised the first one was broken given how the radiator was dumped down against my front door. Like I said uk radiators are ok but their choice of courier is the reason I'll not be buying from them again. Uk radiators does have good communication and will put items through extra quality control and extra wrapping if you've had a problem previously and thankfulky they done the extra wrapping or that radiator would have been broken with how it was handled by the courier. I will buy local from now on regardless of limited choices.

I can see that the replacement was dispatched promptly and as you say, with extra checks and extra wrapping applied to further protect during transit to prevent having the same issue twice. I do apologise that this arrived a day later than expected, this is possibly due to your location in Scotland, however, I am sorry that the courier wasn't clearer on the details of this with you. Delivery was fine, but unfortunately when I wanted to return the item the problems started. Then could only say that the item would be collected between 8am and 6pm, couldn’t give me a time slot or a number for the courier. It then took 6 days before the item was collected (every day I was being told it would be between 8am and 6pm) which I thought was really poor.

Extremely disappointed. Radiator was delivered with no issues however i need to return it as it is the wrong size. I've spoken to your company to collect it. It has been arranged twice with us spending Monday and Wednesday from 8am until 6pm with a promise of it being collected. This can't continue it needs collecting as i need to order the correct size. If you order of this company ignore the quoted 5-7 day delivery. They do not hold stock of all sizes and delivery is dependant on when they get it from their supplier. Communication is poor within the company as well where it seems they just email each other as I found out on the telephone when I asked to speak to someone else.

Ist delivery incomplete unable to fit 2nd delivery was assured would be next day 2 days later turned up.Arranged electrician to be there and encured extra costs.not impressed.

I can see that when you placed your order, you requested items to be dispatched on a certain day. We advised you that these would be sent on a next-day service, however, we advise 1-3 days, as there can occasionally be delays in the courier network, especially in the run-up to Christmas. We would have also sent a text message to you when placing your order to advise you not to book any traders until after receiving the goods to avoid any potential costs. Lovely radiator however this was purchased as it was advertised as a horizontal radiator. Upon opening the box we saw it only included vertical brackets and we are looking at spending an extra £50 on horizontal brackets. How can you advertise as horizontal but not include the right brackets? Very poor.

We supply the brackets for a horizontal installation in a separate package which I can see was delivered at the same time as the radiator, there is no need to purchase any other kind of brackets. Uk radiators were efficient and quick although difficult to contact by phone even within working hours. The outsourced delivery company were terrible. They left our package in pouring rain at the beginning of the track leading up to our house a quarter of a mile away from the property. It took a couple of days to find and it was fortunate the radiator was not taken away by the refuse contractors as it was propped up against the bins. Every other delivery service manages to bring items to the house.

I ordered four radiators and two arrived damaged. I waited in all day for the delivery of the replacements, and collection of the damaged ones, but only one turned up. The collection courier was a no show. Customer services were apologetic and prompt in replying, but owing to the fact that we're renovating our house and have timelines to hit we need them to get it right the first time.

Nice website which was easy to use, Radiators look good enough quality, delivery by Tuffnells appalling, items dumped in open porch all day with a forged signature, I didn't specify a safe place to leave them, boxes were soaking wet when I arrived home from work 7 hours later, reported this to UK Radiators and they couldn't care less, dealt with a guy called James who brought himself to reply to my initial email then couldn't be bothered to reply again, disgusting.

Hello Daniel, I do apologise that I didn't respond to your last email. I had believed that as you had all items and that they were in good condition albeit wet due to the rain. All our radiators are sealed in plastic wrap, so whilst it should not have been left in the rain, this would have had no effect on the radiator itself. Having spent £300 on radiator valves with decorative finishes I would have expected they would be delivered in a cardboard box of adequate strength with appropriate packaging. Instead they arrived taped up in a plastic bag. Unsatisfactory!
