Hello, We have checked our records and found that you have only ordered this item from us, yet your review suggests that you have received multiple damaged items. When we queried this with you, you advised that you have ordered from several companies, and have received many damaged items from each of them. There is a scratch (black. Spot) on the top of the vertical tube. I communicated with the sales department but there was no positive assistance. Very disappointed response.

Ordered my Radiators in November 23 and it's now January 24 and they still haven't arrived. I have been promised them twice only to be let down twice. spoke with UK Radiators who passed the blame onto the couriers. About to ring UK Radiators again.

Hello Jenny, Thank you for your review. I can see that your order was initially dispatched at the time of your order. Unfortunately the courier advised that this was damaged in transit and had to return this to us. We contacted you twice in December to inform you of this, and ask if this was still required given the delay, or if you would prefer a cancellation/refund. Once we heard from you in January, we then re-processed and dispatched your order again. This was taken out for delivery as expected with the courier, however their vehicle could not gain access to you as it was too large. This had to be re-booked by their small vehicle team, and we explained to you that the relevant department at the couriers would be in touch with you to arrange a suitable date for both parties. I can see that this took place as expected, and that this has since been delivered safely to you, and to the room of your choice. I apologise that this took longer than expected, however I hope that you appreciate the issues along the way that came to this conclusion. The radiator arrived bent and was so bent it looked as if it had been shut in a door or run over. I returned it to you and as yet have not received a refund for it . I hope this is now being processed but have not heard from you.

Extremely disappointed in the heat efficiency of this vertical radiator, I have just bought a flow divertor from another site, Hoping this may help the heat go up the radiator as there is no built in divertor, also had to change both 8mm reducers as they leaked at both sides luckily I had old Honeywell reducers in the shed that solved the problem

Hello John, I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the radiator. The size radiator that you have ordered does not need a diverter, we believe that this may be more of a balancing/pressure issue. The radiators are tested by BSEN442 and perform to the levels stated. If required, we can provide you with a test report to show that the rad has been tested and the efficiency/output is as advertised. Please get in touch to request this if required. Hello, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to see that there has been an issue with your order, I can see that the items ordered were out of stock for a few weeks which delayed dispatch. Looking at the tracking, I can see that delivery was attempted on three occasions, but unfortunately there was nobody to take delivery of these, or answering the mobile number provided. My plumber fitted my new towel rail. It was missing the part which made it dual fuel. Then it wouldn’t work on electric. Had to get an electrician in. He said the thermostat was faulty. Got sent another cheaper thermostat so now waiting for the plumber to return to refit at more cost to me.

Awful service. DO NOT USE. item left at a neighbours no delivery note to say it had been left at the neighbours only found out a week later. No confirmation it had been delivered

Hello Neil, I am sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with the delivery of your order. I can see that your order was delivered within 48 hours of your order being placed, albeit to your neighbour. I am very sorry that a card was not left to advise you of this, although it was on the tracking online. I can also advise that we are in the process of switching to an alternative courier, who would also email you once delivery is complete, which should help eradicate this kind of problem in future. Bought some thermostatic values. Advertised as being for 10mm pipes. Turns out they were for 15mm, with reducers thrown in. All the reducers leaked (no matter how much I tightened them) so I had to swap them out for ones from a different brand (which worked OK).

I can advise that the website does show that these are 15mm valves with 10mm reducers, it seems there might have been a misunderstanding, and we regret any confusion caused during the ordering process. Hello Jonathan, I am sorry to hear that you are only able to give one star based on your experience. Thank you for your time earlier when I called to find out what had happened with the delivery. I am sorry to hear that the driver from the courier company was rude and that he needed some assistance from you. As mentioned we will feed this back to our account manager, and it has already been reported to our company directors so that they can keep a log of issues with certain couriers so that the company is best represented, with the best service, over all aspects of the ordering process. We are aware that this courier is bringing in some improvements over the summer, many of which we have been pushing for, which should help improve their service. told delivery tues then wed then thurs told various excuses marked as delivered wasn't put in van etc various people told me different things all not true cancelled in end and asked for refund still waiting!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hello Carol, I am very sorry to hear about the issues regarding your delivery. I fully understand that it is upsetting and frustrating when a courier is advising they will do something and then does not fulfil that, meaning you are waiting for no reason. I can see that we did chase this often with the couriers and passed on the information that they provided to you. Unfortunately, the couriers have been overloaded with parcels due to the bank holiday weekends, which has caused a delay in some areas. We are aware that this courier is bringing in major updates to their system which are being rolled out across the summer to significantly improve the tracking so that things like this do not happen again, with us and you being let down. It is something that we have been pushing for for some time and is finally coming into place. I can see that your refund was processed within 1 working day of your request to cancel. Once again I apologise for your negative experience, although I hope you can see that we did everything that we could and kept you informed of the progress and details given to us throughout the order.
