Purchase and delivery process went well. The stainless towel radiator will replace a painted steel item that has badly rusted and is yet to be fitted. As noted by another customer the fittings supplied are best used with a large washer under the screw head. However and like various other wall hung items it assumes that masonry walls are present which is not the case these days so I need to use a suitable heavy duty hollow wall fixing. The other odd point is that there are fixing lugs on the radiator that limits selecting a part of a hollow wall where a wooden joist is present. Standard towel radiator fixings that fit between the horizontal tubes cannot be used as the gap between these is too great. Apart from those two points the quality of the item looks very good.
