“Ordered designer black vertical radiator which arrived safely. However we found it was much too heavy for our studded wall so we had to return it. We had the original packing so it was collected and refunded within the week. Full marks for sales dept. Noted that there was no advice available re fixing sadly.”

“Very stylish radiator at a reasonable price. Looks great. Shame the price of the valves wasn't as good & I had to order them from another site. Delivery was held up too but they kept me well-informed”

“Great value for money. Unfortunately I couldn't give a 5 star because I have yet to receive all of my items. If I had known it was out of stock when buying then I could have gone elsewhere to buy my radiators for a quick delivery. I'm still waiting for the rest of the orders,which has really delayed the work being done in my house.”

“My radiator arrived promptly. However, your website allowed me to order and pay for the necessary valves and only later did I receive an email telling me that they won’t be available until early April - about eight weeks later than anticipated. This is most disappointing!”

“Radiator delivered on time and well wrapped. Missing inhibitor fluid and blanking plug, delivered two days later. Works a treat, just need sharper QC before dispatch to get 5 star.”

“The quality of the product is good as is the price However, our radiator was lost in transit and nobody told us and we had a plumber waiting for it It was hard work trying to find out where it was and arranging for a replacement”

“Service was good albeit delayed due to Christmas and new year. Ordered both K-Rad and stelrad. I must say, the K-Rads came perfectly packed and well made. The stelrad all had damaged fins, but fortunately no front damage. Previously UK rads had to replace and stelrad damaged on this front side. Motto is K-rads first impressions are a better made and definitely better packed product . Let's see what happens when they are installed”

“I have no previous experience of searching for, purchasing or installing radiators, let alone online. It was very easy to find what I didn't really know that I wanted, but once I had settled on that the ordering was simple, and before I knew it the product was on the doorstep. It took me a while to install correctly, but that was because of Christmas. Now up and running and looking good!”

“I was not sure what I needed, but now we have it! It arrived very quickly and I have managed to install it in a relatively short (for me) time. Now the leaks (due to my poor / amateur) installation have been sorted, all is working well. The rad is looking good (well, actually better than expected), my only issue being that the instruction for mounting radiator were slightly vague. The Instruction Manual for the Heating Element was almost comprehensive, but failed on a few points. However, I do not think / hope it has detracted from the Installation.”
