“This is the second time we have bought from UK Radiators. The online service is excellent, very easy to navigate. Delivery is extremely speedy and you are kept informed. the radiators are of excellent quality and finish. The first one we fitted is performing well, the new ones are still to be fitted, but I'm sure we won't be disappointed. The first radiator has now been working for 2/3 months, very little use because of the weather. However we are beginning to notice small cracks in the paint at the top of a few columns. Very surprised about this and somewhat disappointed. See photos.”

“I purchased a Terma immersion heater for a towel rail through UKRadiators. At present I can only rate the purchase and delivery as I have not yet installed the immersion heater. The process of purchase was OK and did not cause any difficulties. The delivery was longer then expected but did not cause difficulty as I was not ready for the item anyway. The level of communication during the period of purchase to delivery was not great. I cannot recall receiving any information about the delivery date and I have no idea of the company that delivered it as they were in a plain van.”

“Radiator seems all good but not installed yet. But delivery man as reported to your company and acknowledged did through 6ft radiator over 6ft gate even though gate had been left unlocked. All witnessed by neighbour. Only due to your very robust packaging everything seems to be ok”

“Good service apart from lack of communication between depts. Dagenham dept said I couldn't pay by card ....second dept said I could and that Dagenham were telling porkies ...I eventually spoke to the 3rd dept and the guy was very short with me ....expecting me as a new customer to know how to order and was borderline dismissive. Wasn't happy with his attitude to me as a new customer. Very annoying. I didn't realise you had to sign up and he knew that and had a gad attitude. My other bug bear is you don't sell traditional valves to go with the column rads I bought.”

“Radiator and service excellent. Received promptly and radiator very well packed. I did have to replace one tail with a tapered one as the parallel one supplied just continued to screw in and wouldn’t tighten. Other than that very pleased and would use supplier again.”
