“Lovely radiator but the wall fixings are long so protrudes in to the room a long way. Wasn't suitable for me for this reason”

“Although the radiator was well wrapped with extra padding on the edges one of the side panels appeared to have a small crack in the paintwork on the top of the panel. Also the centre of the grille had a dent in it which covered about 6 of the metal pieces which go across which we managed to put right. This is the reason I have only given 4 starts.”

“Lovely radiator valve , waited weeks for it however colour not the same as advertised on website . Shame sending it back . Company going to update pictures to reflect true colour of wood on valve”

“Radiators fine. Delivery not so good. One man and no pallet trolley had to get a neighbour to help unload. Delivery driver was going to take them back”

“I purchased this radiator a while ago, but I'm only just fitting it. I decided to wait till the weather picked up because I've got to drain the system. It's on the wall but not connected. But my impression is, it's a very good radiator at a very good price.”

“Unfortunately the radiator was damaged when it arrived, it looked as tho this was before it was dispatched, due to the packaging. I did contact Uk Radiators where I received a partial refund and that was all very quick. Upon installation we found the radiator to have further damage, this time the slats are staged. We had no option but to instal it as it was cold and also Easter.”

“UK Radiators delivered a significantly damaged radiators which was not noticed until several weeks later when the bathroom fitters arrived but I could not complain as I had not followed the instruction to examine the radiator immediately. I wrote a one-star review as it is reasonable to expect a perfect product when paying for a new item. UK Radiators responded immediately with an apology, a small compensation payment and some touch-up paint. This type of response cannot be faulted and the company deserves credit. I have re-reviewed their response and raised my rating because of the excellent customer service.”

“Lovely radiators, look fantastic, and as an NHS employee the discount was an added bonus. They were a little late arriving, as they were out of stock and the due date was moved by a week or two, which was slightly inconvenient - otherwise it would have been a 5-star review!”
