“Hi, valves looked really nice and the colour match was great v’s my new radiator. Only issue was that one of the internal reducers supplied to get it from 15 to 10mm wouldn’t allow the final connection to be made either pipe? Tried for ages and then went and bought another one and it worked straight away.”

“Very pleased with the quality of these products only marred by a missing cap/plug for the top of one of the radiators! Fortunately my plumber had a spare one! Also one of the 2 radiators had a rust inhibitor the other one didn’t! ☹️”

“UK Radiators are great. Very efficient in what they do. Quality of product is good. Returns policy is very good. No quibbles. The one process that lets them down is transit of goods, by this I refer to delivery of radiators. Especially larger ones. They seem to always be damaged as though they have been dropped on the corners, just where the water connections are.”

“Can’t fault the radiator looks very nice,and heat output is good.But could do with better instructions for positioning of brackets like the exact distance between them.was a bit fiddly to put them on to get the measure needed so I could marke up positioning on wall.Very time consuming,because you only get one shot at getting it right Downsides for me was delivery,could do with been given a delivery slot.Because I had to have a day off work to receive.”

Hello Greg, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for the lovely picture of your installed radiator! The brackets can be installed between any of the tubes, depending on where is most suitable for you, which is why we are not able to supply exact measurement details with this. Unfortunately due to the weight and size of the item, this does have to be delivered with a specific courier that specialises in large freight deliveries.
