“Direct contact and service has been excellent, unfortunately UK Radiators were badly let down by Arrow XL, their delivery agent. Arrow XL missed the delivery slot, no messages and had to be chased for information. Eventually turns out an item had been lost and the order peremptorily cancelled. UK Radiators response to the issues were rapid and everything I could have hoped for, with replacement items immediately organised.”

“Everything was great. Only issue..... on an Anthracite Towel Radiator, why are the bleed valve and blanking cap chrome ? Spoils it a little.”

“Heated duel fuel towel rail was easybto order and arrived when promised. Great quality item and very happy apart from one little snag-one tee section forbthe valve was missing a chrome blank plug so had to go and buy one. Apart from that tje item and service is great. Highly recommended.”

“customer service was good, returns are advisted as free which they are but you have to pay returns and claim postage back, i wish it had stated that”

“Radiator was on time. Parts ordered to go with it was three weeks later. Radiator looks great and works well. Had to wait to fit it as parts we ordered to match were 3 weeks later than radiator. We could have fitted it with parts that was with it (silver on grey) but we would have had to call fitter back out when the grey parts came.”
