There is a great selection but only if they are in stock and often what I want is out of stock, why can you not keep up with stock levels?

Hi Sally Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I fully appreciate your frustration with regards to some items being out of stock. We would love to have stock of everything all the time, however, just like any kind of retailer, we too face supply and stock issues from time to time. These issues can be logistical from the manufacturer, suppliers being out of stock, technical problems in manufacturing or even something such as a change in the weather. We know when there's a cold snap due because tights literally fly out of the door! We receive regular replenishment deliveries, which means if an item is out of stock, we can supply usually within 10-20 working days. If you choose any items that are not in stock, we will still charge you for the whole value of the order. Why do we do this? For security reasons, we do not store your credit and debit card details. We charge you at the checkout once, and with no records of your card details, we cannot charge you again. This increases our security profile dramatically and we feel that this is the best way to serve you, our customers. If there any ongoing delays, we will keep in touch with our automated email service. We always ask if you'd like to carry on waiting, have an alternative product or receive a refund. You are entitled to cancel reserved items at any time by phone or email. If you have any stock or deliver queries whatsoever, please call our customer service team on 01625 460180 who will be able to give you up to date stock information. I ordered I pair of oroblu medium compression tights and was very pleased with the, I was offered a code to claim 10% of my next order but when I ordered a further 2 pairs the code was rejected and I had to pay full price, which was disappointing

A code can be rejected if you have entered it into the wrong box, for instance, putting the discount code into the gift certificate box and vice versa. Service good arrived very promptly. Really good quality, fabric soft, beautiful colours. Only down side is they don't stay up. I'm average height, again legs average so disappointed as i really wanted to order more.

I hovered between poor and acceptable and the reason for such a grading is that ten days from order to dispatch is just to slow. There is nothing wrong with the product, they’re lovely and my wife is pleased with them but in this day and age ten days is not acceptable.

I have taken a look at the order in question, and I can see that we were out of stock of the tights you purchased at the time of the order. We advised at the point of order, that it would be 10-20 working days, before the items would be available to send out. This is to allow for our replenishment delivery to arrive, be booked into our warehouse and then packed before being posted out to the customer. According to the dispatch details, I can see that the goods were received and dispatched out to you in just 8 working days. i order hold ups for my partner nude, she said that acceptable but would rather they had been a bit lighter, she has had lighter ones in the pass but cant remember where she got them.

Dear Customer. Thank you for your review. I can see that when you placed your order on 16th August, that we were out of stock of 2 out of the 4 items ordered, and we advised that stock would be with us within 10-20 working days. As it happens, we already had an order in with Trasparenze for the bits and bobs that you wanted, as we know that they close their factory during August for their Summer break. We anticipate the replenishment delivery to be with us around 5th September, and as soon as it lands with us, your remaining items will be dispatched out the very same day. Thank you for your review. We hope you liked your Pretty Polly Naturals Sandal Toe Tights as received so far. I can see that we sent you 2 pairs on the day of ordering, with another 4 pairs awaiting stock, as shown on the product page prior to checkout. These will be dispatched automatically as soon as we receive our upcoming order from Pretty Polly. My apologies for any confusion or frustration caused upon receiving our newsletter 5 days later. As you'll have noticed, we email regular offers in our newsletter to promote new and seasonal products. We always ensure promotional items have optimum volumes of stock, or indeed surplus stock. My colleague who designs our newsletters double-checks stock levels one last time before sending out any newsletter offers. However, on rare occasions, there may be 1 or 2 size/colour combinations which have low/no stock. These can be back-ordered. When any new delivery arrives from a supplier, we fulfil orders on a first come, first served basis and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your items are on their way. The tights were fine but delivery took a whole week and only just came in time for the wedding I was attending. There was a mix up with the tights I'd first ordered as they weren't in stock after all. I had to choose another product and it took a few emails and phone calls to check the right size and colour. Fortunately when thet did come they looked good and fitted quite well.

With regards to the delivery, we do advise that first class post can take up to 3 working days, but we do know from time to time, that Royal Mail aren't always as efficient as we would like. Delivery speed was excellent but the product itself wasn't great the band of the hold ups was way too tight and they kept rolling.

As a brand, because Gerbe is French it can be small-sized and it is important to choose the correct fit. The tights look fine. Not been tried for size yet. The biggest problem for me was the packaging, as I'd much rather see paper, cardboard than plastic! Hence score of 3

As a company, we have used and trialed various packaging options over the years and based on observations and customer feedback; it was decided that the foil envelopes provide the best protection. The foil safeguards the contents against water, thermal changes during transit (especially for overseas transit) and is also puncture resistant. The peel and seal closure provides a tamper-evident seal, with the foil being manufactured for high opacity. They are also lightweight, which helps ensure that we can keep postage costs to a minimum. For delicate or large items, we will send orders in a cardboard box. If you would prefer us to dispatch your orders in the same packaging, please contact us after you place your order to advise us not to send your order in a foil bag. I do completely understand and appreciate your concerns and I praise you for your environmental awareness. We do continue to look for more suitable alternatives, which have less of an impact on the environment. I too am a bit of a recycling warrior myself and try to minimise my plastic consumption as best I can. Only 3 stars due to the very slow delivery, the "review us" email arrived before my order. Nine days is much to slow for a first class order. After five days I used the "contact us" system on the website to leave a message enquiring where my order was. I have never received any reply. Not sure whether I will use them again.

When we send our items out, we always use Royal Mail First Class and we advise that it takes 1 to 3 working days. Sometimes they arrive the next day but sometimes we do know that unforeseen delays can occur. This, unfortunately, is out of our hands.
