UK Tights their ordering site gives wrong delivery information when purchasing over £60 so you receive free delivery ( mine stated next day..) wasn't. Unfortunately they use amazon for their deliveries and they can't even deliver their own parcels on time. They even stated Saturday delivery. Waited in all day for nothing.

I ordered a SOAK clothes wash. My product came and it was damaged and the expiry date was 2020. I have contacted customer services and although they have requested a refund I would have preferred another product to be sent to me.

Disappointed! Ordered Cervin stockings for my partner , great service by UK Tights but the product was much smaller than the large I ordered, if anyone is ordering these I suggest they go up at least one size!

I've ordered off uk tights had good experiences i ordered glamory in black xl thay fit nice or I ordered glamory xl in teint thay arrived I tried them on thay don't fit to small as I've opened them I can't send them back

Hi William, thank you for getting in touch. I can see that your order was dispatched in full on 05/12/2024 and the tracking shows it is making progress through the mail network. The delivery method you selected (Royal Mail Tracked 24) has a delivery estimate of 1-3 days. However, as this is not a guaranteed service, items may take a little longer to arrive during busy periods such as the festive season. The maximum delivery time is 10 days, so if it does not arrive within the next week, please do let us know and we'll be glad to send a replacement right away. I ordered two pairs of shiny open crotch tights from yourself and it said 20 days delivery that 20 days came and went so I phoned a d was told they were still not in stock which is not very good why did it not say out of stock on your website it is not very good business won't be using you again

Unfortunately for the second time the items took over 5 weeks to arrive, I understand there can be unforeseen circumstances but it would be nice to receive an update on items that are long overdue.

Disappointed, bought from you before with no problems and happy with your service. But the last two times I have not received the items on time, especially that they were for my wife’s birthday. No one from your company got in touch to say why and I had to get in touch with you to be told you had no stock. This was not the case when I offered them or obviously I would not have ordered. I have now received my items, thank you but I may have to look elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Great selection of hosiery. Easy to use site. I wish they would stop auto populating the more expensive delivery options when at checkout. Doubly irritating and a little deceitful when what your ordering is on a 10 -20 day delivery

Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to hear that you've found some hosiery that you love! We always try to make the ordering process as intuitive as possible, and product availability is displayed on the product page and in the shopping bag before checkout so that you know whether your items will be sent right away (within 1 working day) or whether they will be reserved and sent as soon as they become available. Stated delivery times apply to the transit time once your items are on their way to you, so it's important to note whether they are in stock and ready to send. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, we have 1 delivery option: International Tracked. However, when purchasing within the UK, there are 3 options that you may choose from the drop-down menu, ranging in speed and price. (I.e. Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Next Day delivery.) The menu defaults to the middle option, Tracked 24, not because we wish customers to spend more on postage, but because we received complaints about slow delivery when it defaulted to Tracked 48. Subsequent research showed that Tracked 24 is overwhelmingly the most preferred and most selected option, so it made sense to choose this as the default. However, you are welcome to select whichever option you prefer. I hope that this helps.

Hi, Thank you for your recent order of 23/04/2024. At the time that it was placed, 1 item was in stock and 1 item was awaiting stock, estimated 10-20 days. (This is shown on the product page, in the basket, and in your order confirmation email.) Your item is reserved for you and as soon as it arrives, it'll automatically be sent and you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email. If you're happy to continue to wait, that's great! Very disappointed that 2 out of the 3 items were out of stock which I was not aware of when ordering and paying. No idea when other items will arrive which again is disappointing and unacceptable so am very disappointed.
