Great colours but the elastic at the top of the knee highs is not quite tight enough so they tend to slip down.

Ordered items totalling >£50, what a shame the checkout defaults to charging £3.99 for delivery. Especially irritating when one of the items is out of stock so hasn’t yet been delivered.

Uk tights has an easy website to navigate and was really easy to order from. I ordered 2 body stockings which arrived promptly within the time specified when I ordered them. The body stockings were very soft and I was very impressed with the material, and very comfy once on. However, when putting it on, small holes and ladders had formed in the armpit area, which I would not have expected to happen on the first wear. Also whilst wearing the body stocking, 2 or 3 small holes developed in the crotch area which later merged into one large hole, and all I had done was lay in bed and read my book. This happened with both body stocking I ordered so I feel like it may have been a design issue. This will not stop me from ordering from the large selection again though.

I ordered three pairs, 1 pair is too small (not what I ordered), I’m still awaiting another pair and 1 pair is excellent. So a very mixed bag for this review. I await the missing pair, hopefully they will be the right size.

Your outstanding item is on order with the supplier and will be automatically dispatched as soon as it becomes available. I'm sorry to hear that 1 of the items that you received isn't as hoped. Each size and colour in every product that we sell has a unique barcode, so I can see that the correct size was sent for both products. However, you purchased 3 different brands, and sizing can vary between brands. We include size guides on each product page to ensure that you can make an informed choice. We would need to check that the correct size was selected for the wearer's measurements. (I'll drop you a quick direct email to check this.) Not great of late. Some of the items I buy have been discontinued in my sizes and when I've emailed to ask why, I haven't had any response (3 emails sent). In my last order I received a wrong item in the right packet (footless tights instead of footed, black instead of brown) which have been sent back for a refund.

Searching your email address on our system, I can see that we have been replying to you, which indicates that it is a technical issue - e.g. our emails may have been misdirected to your spam folder. You contacted us on the 30th of May regarding the sizing and I replied the same day. You then emailed again on Saturday the 10th of June to say you hadn't had a reply. I responded on Monday the 12th of June, but my email is showing as unread. I'm not sure about the 3rd email that you mentioned, as we have only received 2? Tights good but even though they are Large with being extra support they are very difficult to get on.

Sadly could only get the tights as far as my knees waist band too tight. I am 78 with athritis in all joints a nd large stomache. Think willhave to look for support ,compression thigh highs,do you make them??

Given that I live in Macclesfield and could have picked up the tights on the day I ordered them,I am still waiting for them a week after I sent for them ! Having paid for the delivery which still has not happened I am not particularly happy ! Unable to rate the tights as I have not yet received them ! I live in hopes !

Dear Sandra, I'm really sorry for the delivery delay on this occasion. You placed your order with us on Sunday 13th and your order was posted next working day (Monday 14th). Unfortunately, we have seen significant issues with Royal Mail's system this week, as well as longer processing times, so many customers have experienced a delay. Postage was prompt and whilst their communication was good, it was to tell me that one of my items was out of stock. This means that their website is inaccurate. That’s why I’ve given 3 stars. The tights I did received were perfect and as described.

The reason for the 3 star is that although I received half of my order relatively quickly the other half did not arrive (out of stock ) but has been paid for but no update on I when it may arrive

Fast delivery BUT as I put tights on for first time they laddered immediately. My fault, or a fault in the tights? Who is to say? I thought 40 denier would be tougher than that.

UK Tights are brilliant!! The Fiore heart tights however are absolutely awful! The material is cheap and scratches and they laddered as soon as I tried to put them on. I’ll have a look at the n primark for patterned tights as they have some lovely soft ones.

These tights looked very well made but you will need some kind of device in order to get them on.I believe these can be obtained from your pharmacist.Customer service were very helpful and prompt and gave me a full refund.Thank you.
