I naively assumed that LARGE would be just that. However these stockings are 5.5 inches above knee. At 78yrs of age I am not impressed with these items. Obviously I cannot return the order either as I had to open a pair to try them in. Will not buy this item again

Disappointed that after placing my order and looking forward to receiving my items I was later informed that one of my items was out of stock. The decision was taken by them to refund me the cost of the item. Very disappointing as I would never pay postage on just one item costing almost the price of the item!!!! I phoned to complain and the person I spoke to was very polite and did offer a full refund. That is why I gave two stars instead of one! Just very disappointing overall!

Unfortunately these have no way near enough compression for my condition. Nice normal tights though. Just not for me.

Tights are fine, but not happy that product on website with the nice picture, not the same. I got product without picture on it just plain small tiny box, as I want to give it as a present, it doesn’t look good.

UK tights offered a fast and efficient service however the quality of the product I purchased was awful. Pretty Polly nylon hold ups were my go to for years however the tights I received were nothing like those I enjoyed wearing for years. I don’t know if that’s the manufacturer’s fault or if UK tights are knowingly stocking an inferior product but I will not be ordering these again. The lace portion of the hold up has shrunk by around a third, the material is scratchy and rough, the dye hasn’t fixed in places and the rubber grips are nothing like the original (and therefore the tights don’t ‘hold up’ properly). Very disappointing

In answer to your question, we source all items directly from Pretty Polly (in the UK) so they are 100% genuine. Now and again, depending on various factors of supply, hosiery brands can change manufacturers, which may result in slight differences in the end product. This is true for Pretty Polly, as I know that they have changed manufacturers here and there over the past few years (including moving manufacture from Ukraine due to the ongoing war). Whilst designs may differ very slightly, Pretty Polly works closely with all manufacturers to ensure that they are almost exact and that the quality of their brand is upheld. From what you've described, there has been a serious failing with a recent batch, and I know that Pretty Polly would want to know about this. Please would you kindly return the product(s) and packaging to us, so that we can see the faults described, and forward the issue to Pretty Polly? Before I brought tights from you I sent an email giving my height Size shoe, dress size ect but when I got the tights they were to long made me look like Nora battery . Made good and did feel nice on

Hi Gary, I'm sorry to hear that the leggings weren't as hoped. Please kindly be aware that the product page indicates that these are high-compression, rather than high-waisted. You're most welcome to return unwanted items to us for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. While hosiery may not be returned opened unless faulty, leggings can be returned after trying on as long as they are in good condition. Dear Graham, Thank you very much for contacting us. I have also just replied to the email that you sent. I'm very sorry that there has been a delay with your order. I can confirm that your parcel left our premises on the 14th. We have enquired with Royal Mail about this, and they have found that some mailbags were delayed at the local delivery office due to unusually high volumes of mail. Unfortunately, there was no easy way for us to figure out which customer orders were affected by this. The good news is that they have said that the items are to be scanned into their system today and will be on their way shortly. Royal Mail will send a tracking email to you within the next few hours, and I also included a tracking link in my email reply. Your wife can expect delivery within 1-3 days. Items ordered very early on a Sunday morning. No order conformation on the Monday. Called on Tuesday to find out why. To be told they've had a sale over the weekend and they're clearing the backlog. Items were consequently later than 48 hours, glad I didn't pay for next day. Needs improvement in my opinion, as i called to chase the order conformation, i would have expected to be become slightly more prioritised for that day, it was 9am after all. The turn around from order to dispatch is usually ok. Disappointed

The hold ups were glossy and sheer as expected also a lovely colour. However, they laddered at the toe after first wearing which was very disappointing. Quality of hold ups poor.

There was nothing wrong with the tights but I am fed up with so much elastic in everything. I find it more and more difficult to get on. If I buy them bigger for some reason manufacturers think I have grown six inches taller.

Hi Julie, Royal Mail no longer offers the option to include a returns label within your parcel, as they generate a unique label for each parcel on their website. However, you don't need to download a returns form as our link takes you directly to Royal Mail's website. (Copy and paste this into your browser address bar: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3545) There, Royal Mail will ask you for a few details and you may either: 1. print your unique returns label 2. receive an email with a QR code that you take to the post office for them to scan 3. arrange a collection at a time convenient to you. However, if you're speaking more generally, we do have regular, limited-time offers on a wide range of products. We always ensure that a product has plenty of stock before it goes on offer, although there's always a chance that popular sizes/colours will sell out quickly. In this case, we do still provide the option to place a back-order. This enables you to reserve your stock at the discounted price and be the first to receive the new stock from the factory.
