“I noticed the tights I had ordered were back in stock and emailed you to ask when you would be sending them. I think that I would still be waiting if I hadn't sent that email. Not impressed at all.”

All outstanding orders are fulfilled automatically once we receive new stock, on a first come first served basis. We aim to dispatch orders owed stock within 1 working day of the delivery arriving. However, this is not always possible if we are very busy and receive numerous deliveries in succession. “Delivery took more than 2 months! Tights were supposed to a Xmas gift and I received them at the end of February”

When it was placed on 16/01/2025, both products were "awaiting stock, expected in 10-20 days". 1 item was fulfilled after 7 days, when we received an Aristoc delivery. Regrettably, Aristoc was unable to replenish your 2nd item due to depleted stock, so we expect this in 2-3 weeks. Please accept our apologies for the unexpected delay on this occasion. “Fast delivery and I like the colour of the tights but they are thinner than I expected and see through. I wore them with a regular pair of tights underneath. I wouldn't buy again”

“I ordered 2 items and only one arrived. It is now over 2 months later and no sign of the second item, even though I paid for it 2 months ago. I have had no communication about it, except when I have phoned up to chase it. Very disappointing service.”

Our newsletter for the Golden Lady Invisible Luxury 50 Denier Seamless Tights said "Buy One Get One Free". The product page instructs you to "Add 2 Pairs, Get the 2nd Pair Free". “Sorry to say, placed an order and did not get confirmation email and the items arrive were the wrong hold ups should have been flat top and were lace top instead Disappointed to say the least.”

Dear Glen, Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm very sorry for the issue with the hold ups. I have looked into this and can see that this product has the incorrect image. Although the image shows a flat top, they are a lace top product. As you didn't receive what you expected, we'll be very glad to refund these. We can see that you placed 2 orders for the same product on the same day, so both orders have now been refunded in full. Regarding the order confirmation email, I'm sorry to say that Gmail is currently blocking automated emails from our server. If you mark UK Tights as a safe sender, this may fix the issue. “Placed an order, wasn’t clear they didn’t have my size so the order was left pending. If I hadn’t kept chasing it up it would have just hung there unfulfilled. The manufacturer let UK Tights down but their communication with me was all initiated by me. Suggest more attention to monitoring outstanding orders. The whole escapade took several months from start to finish”

“HI - I ordered 3 pairs of holdups (red, blue and white) and have only received the red? The red pair came with a confirmation thatthe blue and white would be 10 - 20 days but that has now passed. Can you help? Thx”

“Had to chase for a confirmation but customer service were apologetic, offered an explanation and rectified quickly. However, I am very disappointed with the product. Advertised at 100 dernier but felt very flimsy and then laddered on the first wearing. In the past, I have paid half the price for tights that are still going strong.”

“I naively assumed that LARGE would be just that. However these stockings are 5.5 inches above knee. At 78yrs of age I am not impressed with these items. Obviously I cannot return the order either as I had to open a pair to try them in. Will not buy this item again”

“Disappointed that after placing my order and looking forward to receiving my items I was later informed that one of my items was out of stock. The decision was taken by them to refund me the cost of the item. Very disappointing as I would never pay postage on just one item costing almost the price of the item!!!! I phoned to complain and the person I spoke to was very polite and did offer a full refund. That is why I gave two stars instead of one! Just very disappointing overall!”
