“Products, Delivery &Service are great so can recommend them. However the website is frustrating....too many out of stock products listed as available until you click on them....why waste my shopping time??? Sort this out....its a really poor shopping experience.”

“UK tights offer an excellent service. The website is easy to navigate and the information is detailed and accurate. I have been very satisfied with the three orders I have made so far. Products are good quality and excellent value for money. The only thing to make it better would be more colour choices in firm support tights. I like to wear 'barely black' and 'navy' but have only been able to buy 'natural' in most brands. Thank you.”

“Very happy with the tights. Being a large lady in my 80s with mobility problems I find it a struggle to put tights on but buying the extra large size I can manage to dress myself. The tights are comfortable and supportive.”

“I like UK TIGHTS, they have never let me down, they have a good choice of hosiery and your order is tracked to your door. If I had one criticism I wish there were more higher percentage off offers for VERY LOYAL customers but overall I think Dawn and her team run a very good company. a”

“Thank you for the speedy delivery of my order. I can't find a store who sells golden lady tights so I appreciate getting them fast. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and don't know how to return them and get the right ones. I require XXL and not XL.”

“I finally got my order through after nearly four months; a present planned for Christmas arrived just in time for Mother’s Day! I’d like to thank the customer service team who have apologised for the delay caused by Cervin and kept me in the loop, though it would have been a nice gesture to offer a voucher towards my next order, similar to one I received from another company when an order was delayed.”

“No problem with the tights for my wife. Appalling customer service. I asked why I was charged postage after spending around £80. Mam said I didn't mark free postage on the drop down box. I thought that postage would automatically be free when you spend the required amount like any other company. He said I was very rude & would be banned from the site. Don't worry we won't be buying anything else from you!”

“Great service and breadth of products avail really impressive. Kept me well informed of the progress of my order. Only small thing is I had to pay in full for hosiery that was awaiting stock 10-20 days. A back in stock e mail would have been nicer.”

“I selected my purchase under the heading SUPPORT TIGHTS AND COMPRESSION TIGHTS (Pamela Mann modal etc). They are super soft, warm and fit well. Unfortunately the compression I needed to travel from UK to Canada was missing! My ankles swelled quite badly during the flight.”
