“UK Tights are brilliant!! The Fiore heart tights however are absolutely awful! The material is cheap and scratches and they laddered as soon as I tried to put them on. I’ll have a look at the n primark for patterned tights as they have some lovely soft ones.”

“These tights looked very well made but you will need some kind of device in order to get them on.I believe these can be obtained from your pharmacist.Customer service were very helpful and prompt and gave me a full refund.Thank you.”

“I purchased 2 pairs of tights. 1 pair were fine and fitted. The other - a pair of sparkly tights - were described as 1 size fits all. I bought these for my daughter who is about 5' 4". The tights were way too long for her and so she won't be able to wear them. I myself am about the same height so they won't fit me either (tbh not sure who they would fit). Will be returning,”

Dear Katherine, I'm sorry to hear that 1 of your pairs of tights didn't fit as hoped. I've looked at your order and can see that the sparkly pair was purchased in size 'UK 16-18', not 'One Size' (UK 8-14). This may be why your daughter found them to be far too long. If the packet is unopened we'll be very happy to accept a return for an exchange or refund. However, if you've opened the packet and/or tried the tights on, I'm sorry to say that we'd be unable to accept a return due to strict hygiene regulations. Thank you. “The tights were beautiful on my legs but as I pulled them up the waistband came away from the tights. Hopefully it was the size that was incorrect and not the manufacture quality?”

“Large range of tights. I purchased the seamed tights to compliment my lovely polka dot dress for a weekend away at a countryside hotel. Delivery and checkout was very good. I was very pleased with the tights when they arrived great quality. However I ordered the tights in their largest size but they did not fit me. Which was disappointing. I am a size 14-16.”

“Everything about UK Tights is fine, but they hard when it comes to ordering potentially the wrong size -- no returns. This was my recent experience, and while their support was understanding and helpful, I won't be purchasing from them again if there's no forgiveness for such things.”

We do all that we can to strike the best balance in cases such as this, as ultimately, we always want you to be really happy with your order. We sell a variety of products and will always be happy to accept free returns on ill-fitting items such as lingerie, leggings, nightwear, and shapewear (as long as they're returned in pristine condition and underwear has been tried on over existing underwear). Hosiery, however, is unique. UK Tights - like all UK hosiery suppliers - is governed by strict UK hygiene regulations on intimate apparel. Tights and other hosiery are considered to be delicate, easily stretched, and can also be worn without underwear, making them an intimate product. By law, we're unable to resell a hosiery product that has been opened or worn. For this reason, it is our policy to only accept returns on items that are unopened, with the exception of faulty items. (For example, if the sizing was wrong, but the manufacturer's size guide on our website had shown that they should fit, this would be classed as a fault and we'd be happy to accept your return for a refund/exchange.) To avoid disappointment, it's really important to check the size guides on each product page, as sizing for different brands may vary. “Mens tights so expected an access flap. No. just a 'thinner area' for cooling? Still got to haul them down for a P S/M size is tight, like surgical tights or long haul flight type!! Cheap enough and quite strong. Time will tell”
