“Good product and great prices pity the delivery was so slow, chased it up after a few days and was told it had been dispatched but the royal mail were struggling with second class deliveries due to covid, understandable but the delivery arrived today five days after chasing it up and it was marked tracked 48hour??”

Dear Customer Royal Mail is trying to maintain normal postal services, we do advise that Tracked 48 is between 3-5 working days. Normal deliveries and collections should take place in all parts of the UK. However, despite Royal Mail's best efforts, some parts of the country may experience varying levels of delivery disruption. This is due to Coronavirus-related absences and necessary social distancing measures; such as reducing the number of people together in shared spaces and vehicles. We're sorry for any inconvenience but, Royal Mail is working hard to keep any delays to a minimum, all the while keeping their people and customers safe. “Ordered 3 different types. One pack containing 3 pairs were much too small. Another pack containing one pair was a good fit. I have yet to open the last pack. I usually buy large size. Based on this experience I’d have a larger size”

“I ordered the tights at 5pm and they arrived the next day! So I was delighted by the speed. But, it's hugely disappointing that even though the tights fit on the leg, they are not long enough in the crotch, so they don't stay up. They roll over/down immed. Not had tights do that for a while. Annoying when they were pricey ish. But am happy to give this company another try, with cheaper tights, and see if they fit. ThanQ.”

Hi Lucinda Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that you are happy with our service, but not so great that you weren't so happy with the tights. When tights fall down around the middle and crotch, it's usually because they're too small. If you drop me an email on customerservice@uktights.com with your dimensions, I will gladly check to see if the tights have a sizing fault. If they do, they're returnable as faulty. Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your feedback. I'm very happy to hear that your mother is happy with the tights. My apologies for the unusual delay on this occasion. I can see that your order was dispatched within 6 weeks of your placing it. Normally, we'd advise that out of stock items will be replenished within 10-20 days (up to 3 weeks) and we're still largely able to stick to this. However, because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we're finding that manufacturers are sometimes experiencing difficulties in getting deliveries to us within their usual time frame, and certain products may even be temporarily available. This is because social distancing and absenteeism are affecting manufacturing times within factories. As many of our brands - including Golden Lady - are based overseas, strict health and safety protocols are also slowing down shipping times. I can see that your last order for 6 items of the same product, we only had 3 packs in stock. We would love to be able to stock infinite numbers of SKU's however, we simply don't have space in our warehouse to do so. We are also in the middle of a global pandemic, so there is a delay in us receiving some of our replenishment orders; especially items made overseas, where flights into the UK are reduced and staff levels lower than usual. “Tights are really good quality. The reason I have given them 3 is because I'm 4ft 11,and I do need the medium size as i'm not as thin as i used to be. The tight start to wrinkle after wearing for a short while. I have seen tights for tall people why can't shorter people have tights to fit them as well”

Dear Martha, I'm sorry to hear that the Elbeo Active Firm Support 40 Denier Opaque Tights weren't quite the right fit. I know that the length of tights is an important factor to give that polished look and ensure comfort throughout the day. The sizing of this Elbeo product starts at a height of 5' 1", so I'll email you some links to other support tights which we sell that cater to more petite heights. “These masks are good but when your on a bus for 1 hour they get very uncomfortable and warm maybe in an unconfined space they might be alright”

Dear Michael Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I completely understand your comments regarding the Blackspade Face masks. I too have experienced similar issues with wearing a mask for a prolonged period of time - usually with my glasses steaming up! But like any kind of barrier, they are designed to prevent warm, breath vapour being expelled into the air - which, unfortunately, means it will feel warm and sometimes uncomfortable. I'm not sure about you, but it's made me appreciate our amazing NHS staff and keyworkers, who have to wear PPE all day long. “The tights I bought for my wife we’re large/x large however still on the smaller size of that my wife said . Sadly from my point of view she wasn’t able to wear them .”

Miss O is a new brand to us and from the outset we were under the impression that they were true to size, however, we're now realising that they may come up small. (This is true of some brands as sizing can vary quite a bit, depending on their country of origin.)
