I bought charmos 24/7 3 pair pack tights x-large which omly comes half way up my legs, and i also bought silky smooth tights xx-large which should of come in the same packaging which never came.

Hi Lesley, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointing experience with the Charnos tights. If you would like to contact us at customerservice@uktights.com, we'll be glad to double-check the sizing with you. Although unusual, it is possible that a smaller size was wrongly packed at the factory. If so, we'll be very glad to replace the full 3 pair pack. Regarding the Silky tights, I can confirm that these were included in the parcel when it was sent. Our software is configured so that orders cannot be dispatched unless all in-stock items' barcodes have been scanned. We have re-weighed both items together and they match the weight that was recorded at dispatch. The weight of your parcel was again confirmed by Royal Mail when it entered their network. If you believe that the parcel was damaged upon arrival, resulting in a missing item, please let us know in your email as this is something that we would need to follow up on with Royal Mail. Hi Galina, Thank you for contacting us. Royal Mail sent you an automated tracking email on the 5th of January when your order was dispatched. The tracking page shows that your item was delivered on the 6th, and there is a photo of it being pushed through the letterbox. If you have not received it, we would advise that you double-check with other members of your household. Dear Janet, Thank you very much for contacting us. I will also send you a direct email with your tracking information. I'm very sorry that there has been a delay with your order. I can confirm that your parcel left our premises on the 14th. We have enquired with Royal Mail about this, and they have found that some mailbags were delayed at the local delivery office due to unusually high volumes of mail. Unfortunately, there was no easy way for us to figure out which customer orders were affected by this. The good news is that they have said that the items were scanned into their system yesterday and I can see that yours is on its way. Royal Mail should have sent you a tracking email yesterday evening. However, in case you haven't received this, I will resend it in my upcoming email. You selected Tracked 24 which is estimated to be 1-3 days delivery. Hi Helen, Unfortunately, we only have limited stock of Levante now, as they ceased to stop selling to the UK several years ago. At that time, we bought up as much of their stock as we could, and have been running it down ever since. This means that we will be unable to source more of the Blumarine colour. Ordered 2 x xl size ..1 pair was already dragged and tried to get on anyway ..far too small for Size 18/20 2nd double pack returned with the faulty pair as looked as small as others

Unfortunately, we've experienced an issue with Royal Mail's system, so all parcels dispatched on the 9th, 10th and 13th have been delayed. The website is difficult to navigate and especially annoying is when an email arrives with everything BUT TIGHTS listed for sale how utterly absurd

The worst tights I have ever tried! The fabric is very harsh on skin and made me itchy and wanted to take them off immediately. A waste of time and money.
