TERRIBLE! I paid the little bit extra for 1-2 days delivery, but my order took 4 days. When I complained, they argued that the 1-2 days only starts once they’ve dispatched the item! Apparently the whole online industry works like that. Don’t think so. AVOID!

Very poor attempt to resolve issue when goods I’d paid extra to receive did not arrive. Extra postage refunded but I wanted a refund for all the items which I have not received so I can purchase them elsewhere. I was told that UK Tights had experienced as much inconvenience as me. Outrageous. Do not recommend.

When ordering this item we really didn't think it would take this long to turn up, we had nearly giving up on it.we made the order around the 8th of August and after sending one email a month the item eventually turned up on the 15th of August. And not once did we get a email from yourselves advising us what was going on or less we emailed you first. With this we will not be using you again or recommending your company.

We're very sorry indeed for your disappointment on this occasion, especially as this was your first order with us and you did not have a representative experience. We always work hard to fulfil orders as promptly and smoothly as possible. Most products on our website will be in stock at any given time, and we aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1 working day of purchase. Many of our brands are produced overseas, but the vast majority of awaiting-stock items are replenished within 1-3 weeks, or sooner. When a delivery arrives, our team generally books in the stock, and picks and dispatches any outstanding orders within 1 working day. Unfortunately, there are occasions when manufacturers can experience production delays. Depending on the manufacturer, and the cause of the delay, we may be given a clear fulfilment date, or it may be an ongoing delay without a definitive date. If the issue is ongoing, or if the fulfilment date is a way off, we would always encourage customers to swap for a similar in-stock alternative, or cancel for the time-being, until the item becomes available. I can see that we did this when emailing with you, but you wished to wait. In any case, we hope you are happy with the product now that it has arrived, and that you will try us again in the future. If there is ever an awaiting stock item you'd like to purchase, we'll be happy to provide an up-to-date ETA for that brand and product on request. Our Customer Service team is pleased to assist in any way they can.

We're disappointed to see your poor review regarding our service, as some effort was made to ensure collecting your parcel was as easy and smooth as possible. As explained by email, it is usual for couriers to either leave the item on your property, or deliver to a neighbour when you are not at home. As your house front faces the street, they left it with a neighbour. The neighbour was not a considerable distance, but 2 houses away, around the corner (1 minute walk). Since you didn't reply to our email on the 7th of November, we assume that the parcel was safely retrieved.

I havent received any tracking info. Sent an e mail to ask for it and didnt get a response. I also havent received my order and not planning to order from this website again. First time customer here last time customer more likely.

Hi Arzu, The courier automatically sends a tracking email, so if you haven't received this, we would advise checking your spam/junk folder. The tracking shows that your parcel was delivered on Saturday the 1st of November at 14:05. We have contacted you directly with a tracking link. Hello. My tights have large holes on both the soles after ONE DAY of wear. These are £20 supposedly high quality wool blend tights. I’m deeply unhappy about it and would like a replacement pair or a refund please.

As you say, these tights are normally of a very high quality, so there may have been a weakness in the fabric. Unfortunately, this was after our last postal collection of the day, so your parcel was collected by the courier on Monday. Never received my tights they said they posted them through my letter box that was a lie. I was at my mum’s funeral that day they where only tights so if they say they posted them they would have been on the hall floor when l came back from funeral

I ordered two pairs of socks in early November. Almost immediately I was told they had been dispatched. When they did not arrive, I was told they were out of stock, then I received two terse emails saying they had been despatched and that Royal Mail records showed they had been delivered. This was nonsense. Still no socks so I just gave up. In mid January the sock were delivered with a note stating that they had been out of stock. So it took more than two months to supply socks that were not listed as out of stock on th e website. I will never buy from this company again.

I’ve shopped at uk tights for many years and usually their customer service is excellent. However I recently bought a pair of CdR Boreal 80 denier tights. I wrote to customer services saying how bad the quality is and I think the picture on their website misrepresents the finish of these tights. Maybe the images have been manipulated or maybe I just got a bad set. Either way Uktights have just ignored my complaint because they haven’t bothered even replying to me

I have made the same order for the past few years and I have never had to wait 6 weeks for the delivery. Very little communication from the company. On line account not working or stated that there was an issue that after many communications finally worked. I will not be placing an order again as this has been very frustrating and distressing for my mother in law who is 90 years old and unable to shop conventionally.

I was completely disappointed with the tights, the knicker part fitted the top of.hy leg I couldn't get the other leg in. There was nothing wrong with the length of the leg, but just the top part. I ordered a size bigger than my dress size, so won't be renew.

It took 3 months to get the product delivered. No updates received apologising for the delays. I had to phone to ask what was going on, which is very poor. Great products but in this case, very poor customer service.

Hello John I'm so sorry that you did not receive your product for nearly 3 months. We have been having some supply issues I'm afraid. John we used to contact our customers every two weeks if an order was delayed but most people preferred to not be contacted so we stopped doing it. People felt it was too much to get emails or phone calls from us. Also given that we are a small company, it would not be feasible to do this I'm afraid. We are always there at the end of the phone or an email if you need any help though. John I wanted to just take this opportunity to thank you for shopping with us. Your business is very important to us and much appreciated.
