Far too long. I chose the correct size for height and dress size but waaaay too long. Can't send them back now they've been tried on so that was a waste of over 20 quid! Hugely expensive waste of time.

Hi Marie, I'm really sorry to hear that you found the tights to be too long. If an item is far longer than the manufacturer's size guide suggests, we would consider it to be faulty. Dear Debra, I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment with the delivery time, however, I can see that your parcel was delivered on time. At checkout, you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-5 working days). Your order was placed on the evening of 22/06/2021 (after our 4 P.M. cut-off) and dispatched the following day (23/06/2021). I've just checked your tracking and can see that the parcel was delivered on 30/06/2021 (5 working days after dispatch). I hope that this explains any discrepancy and we hope that you love your order. Buying the tights was easy and quick delivery as i paid over £20 for both pairs unfortunatly as i was putting the first pair on very carefully they ripped so i then as i was going out i tried my back up pair on they laddered i was gutted i ended up going out in some out my draw things do happen but both pairs and i am so careful and i paid over £20 i wont buy from this site again 😣

We sell over 70 different brands of tights and it is rare for items to be faulty, so to have issues with 2 items from different manufacturers is very unlucky. I'm sorry for the disappointment. Awful quality and cheap looking, also why advertise on both the website and the packaging that the stockings have suspender clips attached when they don’t, that was the main reason as to why I bought them.

Hi David, I can see that you placed your order on the 27th April and that it was dispatched the same day. You selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-5 working days) and your parcel arrived on the 4th of May (4th working day). I think the confusion may have arisen as you've responded to our request for a review on our service, rather than our later email request for a review on your products (once these have arrived). We're very sorry for the issue with delivery. Your order was estimated to arrive within 5 working days and today is the 5th working day. However, there does seem to have been an issue, as the tracking shows that your item was due to be delivered by the delivery office on Friday the 9th. I've contacted Royal Mail and a query has been raised with your local delivery office. Your item should be delivered within the next couple of days. The tights looked good in the photo but when it arrived and we opened the outer package the carton with the tights in were opened and the colour seemed to dark. we are returning them tomorrow. We shall shop again once we have had a refund . Thanks,

I bought Passion Carina Sheer Crotchless Tights earlier this month, I’ve bought tights from UK tights previously and they were great, so on arrival I binned the wrapping paper and all paperwork, my wife went to put them on last week, disaster !!!, the body part was minimal, my wife is 5ft 6, she bought Large/ Extra Large, the body section was minimal, nowhere near her waist, they just didn’t fit. waste of money, they were unwearable, went straight into the bin, not happy 😡😡😡😡😡

Regrettably, Aristoc is experiencing trouble getting this size and colour to us at the moment, due to depleted stock in their warehouse. Dear Claire, Thank you for getting in touch with us. I can see that you placed your order on 07/02/2021 and it was dispatched within 1 working day (08/02/2021). The delivery method selected was Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-5 working days). Today is the 5th working day since dispatch, so your item may be slightly delayed. Currently, the majority of Royal Mail items are arriving on time or early, but there are some delays to be expected, due to Covid-19. This has caused an increased volume of mail whilst people are staying home, plus Royal Mail has been forced to reduce staff and adhere to social distancing measures. Looking at your tracking, I can see that it was sent to the wrong delivery office and was redirected on Saturday (13/02/2021).
