“Love these tights and never had any trouble with delivery until recently. I am so glad that I queried the issue at the time as I was blown away by how quickly the team responded and sorted everything out. Glad to confirm that all is sorted now. It’s went things go wrong that we get to see what an organisation’s customer service is really like.
