“I am still waiting for 2 pairs of tights that I ordered. Only one pair was delivered Did not tell me they were out of stock, but still took my money. I could have gone to another retailer and received all 3. I would appreciate to know when the other two will be posted”

It may reassure you to know that product availability is displayed on the product page, in the shopping bag, and in your order confirmation email. Payment for the full order is taken at the point of purchase, as we do not hold card details for security purposes. As 1 item was in stock, we dispatched this right away. Your 2 awaiting stock products were reserved for you and are due to be dispatched automatically with free postage, as soon as the stock becomes available. Oroblu is based in Italy, and awaiting stock items are typically replenished within 1-3 weeks. We have just received a large Oroblu delivery today. However, I'm very sorry to say that the specific size-colour option you selected could not be fulfilled due to depleted stock at their factory. Please would you kindly email us at customerservice@uktights.com to discuss whether you wish to keep the items reserved, swap for alternatives, or cancel for a refund? “Astonishingly quick and efficient service: my tights arrived the day after I ordered them! The only problem was the courier, who seemed to think the rubbish bin was the best place to leave them . . . I only just caught him in time, otherwise I would never have known where they had gone to. A word in your courier's ear might a good idea, but otherwise congratulations and plaudits all round. The tights are good, too!”

“When I couldn't find the tights I wanted, I telephoned and the girl to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all the stock and able to make a recommendation of an alternative which has now arrived. The service is first class and I have no hesitation about recommending UK Tights.”
