“I was very lucky in finding my bra as it has been discontinued and UK Tights happened to have one in my size. It arrived faster than I expected and I am very happy with the service.”

“Excellent new shopping experience for me, finding exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price. Easy ordering, quick processing and delivery, I needed to return one item that didn't fit me properly and the return and refund process was quick and easy. Not being aware of the cost of my return postage, my actual reimbursement was very small after subtracting the cost of the return, which was unfortunate for me, but the refund terms were clearly explained in the website, so not the fault of UK Tights.”

“No problems with ordering and delivery. However, the Elbeo extra firm Extra Large tights that I ordered seem to have changed the design since the last time I purchased in a store. The sizing seems different and there is now only one front and back seam as opposed to one front and two back seams, meaning that the 'pant-type 'shape has gone. This resulted in very uncomfortable wear, added to which the waistband was far less comfortbale. My weight has not changed, so I can only assume these design chnages are due to cost-cutting measures. I will be sending back the unopend second pair but I have wasted the cost of the pair I did try on and will also have the cost of the return postage. All in all, a very disappointing and costly experience, though not the fault of UK Tights per se.”
