I can see from the order information that your items were dispatched on 27th February, with standard 1st class post. We do advise that this delivery option take 1-3 working days, but we know that Royal Mail can encounter other delays. That being said, you should have had your order by now. Delivery was quick but the quality of both the tights I ordered was very poor. One ripped when putting them on (they were 70 denier too) and the sizing was terrible!

Ordering and delivery good.Not happy at all with tights.I am a size 10 and always buy size small. I ordered OROBLU polka dot tights size small.The sizing is most odd legs far to short and the length from the gusset to waist is only just about 6 inches so even if I could have got them on would have been lucky to pull them up to my hips.Most disappointing as returns policy says tights can't be returned if packet has been opened unless faulty, so a total waste of money for me. O

Dear Velda Thank you for your feedback regarding these tights. I am sorry to hear that the Oroblu tights did not meet your expectations. The brand does tend to be on the small size, but the size guide steers towards height and weight as opposed to dress size. If you would kindly email me at customerservice@uktights.com, with your dimensions, I will gladly check to see whether the size was correct or not. That being said, there could be an issue with size - if that it is the case, the product may be faulty; and therefore, returnable. I hope this helps and I will look forward to hearing from you. Disappointed that the original order was delayed 10-20 days only to subsequently become no longer available, and then the replacements are one to be delivered in 10-20 days! A late November order in time for Christmas! Well 50% there, luckily though you were able to take payment at the time of the original order.

Dear Geoff Thank you for your review. When you place an order with UK Tights, we will tell you on the product page whether your items are in stock. If you choose any items that are not in stock, we will still charge you for the whole value of the order. Why do we do this? For security reasons, we do not store your credit and debit card details. We charge you at the checkout once, and with no records of your card details, we cannot charge you again. This increases our security profile dramatically and we feel that this is the best way to serve you, our customers. Charging you once also acts as a pre-order for the items, reserving the stock for you ahead of their delivery. This means that the stock will never be sold to someone else before you receive yours. After 20 days wait, we will notify you with an automatic email to ask if you'd like to carry on waiting, have an alternative product or receive a refund. You are entitled to cancel reserved items at any time by phone or email. I returned some leggings in November which I renturned as they did not suit me. I received a confirmation on 12 Nov to say I would be getting a refund within 30 days. Tomorrow is 12 December and I have not heard anything from you. It then says it will take a further 1-3 days to receive the refund after you have contacted me!! I can’t believe nowadays it takes that long to process a refund! Tomorrow it’s 30 days after my email to say you received my return, where is my refund?!!! Very poor, wont be using Uk Tights again if it takes this long to do anything!!!

Dear Helen Thank you for your order and subsequent return. All returns are processed in the order they came back to us and we are working hard to get through them as quickly as possible. The autumn/winter period is our busiest time, due to a high volume of orders and returns, but regardless, our policy is that we will have your return processed within 30 days of receipt. As my favourite Aristoc support tights, are no longer available,I tried Pretty polly support tights. Very disappointed as there is virtually no compression at all and the tights produced quite a lot of 'static electricity' making my petticoat etc cling to the tights. Sorry!!

Hi Alana I'm really sorry that you've not got your order yet. Unfortunately, we have experienced some delay with Royal Mail from the 12th and 13th November orders. Stockings arrived in one piece, however when my Mum wore them for the first time, within a matter of hours one of the stockings had developed 2 large holes towards the top of one of the stockings.

Recently ordered leggings size medium. I am 5 foot tall and normally size 14 in trousers. I could not get them past my knees. So not really impressed with UK Tights right now!

The above knee socks took longer than expected to arrive and then I was very disappointed with the product, which I couldn't return because I had opened the package and tried one leg on. The socks were too wide for the foot and the above knee part rolled down within seconds. A complete waste of money.

The reason for my low rating is that I have been waiting such a long time for my order. I placed the order around three weeks ago and on 30/10 was told the items were despatched. I STILL haven't received them! I cannot find the exact date of the order (882472) on your site but a wait of around three weeks for one item to arrive is really not acceptable. Very disappointing.

Lots of items seen to be out of stock and this has been getting worse over the last year had to resort to amazon to get my favourite hold ups from charnos -disappointing

Delivery time was accurate but the quality of the tights was poor, they ripped in the toe as soon as I tried them on.

The "Poor" review for the delivery of the tights. They did not arrive until 6 days after the promised delivery date...........will you do better if I shop with you again?. The tights themselves seem excellent but I can't say more as I have only just tried them on after delivery this morning.
