still waiting for part of order .didn't know it was out of stock when ordered and i have not received email to say how long Iwill have to wait!

Dear Customer Thank you for your recent order, and also for taking the time to leave a review. When you place an order with UK Tights, we will tell you on the product page whether your items are in stock. If you choose any items that are not in stock, we will still charge you for the whole value of the order; and we advise that stock should be with us in 10-20 working days. Why do we do this? For security reasons, we do not store your credit and debit card details. We charge you at the checkout once, and with no records of your card details, we cannot charge you again. This increases our security profile dramatically and we feel that this is the best way to serve you, our customers. Charging you once also acts as a pre-order for the items, reserving the stock for you ahead of their delivery. This means that the stock will never be sold to someone else before you receive yours. If after 20 days wait, we are still awaiting our replenishment stock, we will notify you with an automatic email to ask if you'd like to carry on waiting, have an alternative product or receive a refund. You are entitled to cancel reserved items at any time by phone or email. I am told that the item you are waiting for, will be here next week and it will shipped out to you the same day. Two thirds of my order have arrived without any problem, the other item has a note on the invoice awaiting stock and not a word since. Not a great start with a new customer, Perhaps an out of stock sign on the item on the site would be a good idea.

Whilst the tights were good quality, the sizing was awful. When the sizing of clothes is in a range (eg 22/24) I usually wear a size 24/26 as you didn't provide that specific range I ordered size 26/28 which usually is on the large for me. Diappointingly the size 26/28 was far to small couldn't gety them near me and unforntunately you do not exchange or refund on tights. Won't be ordering from you again

I too wear Glamory from time to time, and I have always found the sizing to be correct, so it suggests that there is something amiss with the tights that you have received. Dear Derek, At the time of ordering, 1 item was in stock and this was dispatched to you within 1 working day. As shown on the website prior to purchase and in your order confirmation email, the 2nd item you ordered was out of stock, estimated to be back into stock within 10-20 days (8 days ago). As soon as we receive the delivery from the supplier, your item will be picked and dispatched as a priority and you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email to let you know that it's on its way to you. Unfortunately as seems the manufacturing process nowadays, the item had a seam along the edge of the toes. I find this so uncomfortable that I cant wear them. Otherwise, they were beautiful, velvety, warm tights, exactly what I was looking for, and I would have bought several pairs. When are manufacturers going to wake up to the fact that toe seams are literally a pain!

That being said, if you struggle with a toe seam, we do a great range of flat seams, which sits flush against the toe/skin, which is much more comfortable. Dear Georgina Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that you placed your order on 30th September and the items were dispatched the same day. We always advise that 1st class delivery can take between 1-3 working days, but we do know that unforeseen delays can occur with Royal Mail from time to time. On the whole, they do still offer the most secure and reliable delivery service within the UK. Should you require a quicker delivery service, you can upgrade delivery to a guaranteed next day delivery at the checkout. I bought a pair of tight which were supposed to never ladder, on the first wearing they disintegrated at the top, I sent them a photograph, other than an automated response to say they would get back to me shortly Ive had nothing from them, very disappointing. UPDATE - UK Tights have contacted me to offer exchange or refund. Unfortunately I have now thrown th e tights away so cant take advantage of their offer but they have responded.

I've worn one pair of 50 denier tights (Pamela Mann Curvy Figure) for half a day and it's already ruined. I was planning to wear them to a wedding and I've wasted my money.

This is a surprise, as we always warn people that Charnos' sizing can be smaller than other brands. Over a week since I placed and paid for an order still not arrived. I called customer service and the gentleman who I spoke to said he was uncertain when my parcel would arrive. Not a good service at all. Will not be buying from this company again.?

I'm also very sorry for any lack of clarity when speaking to staff on enquiry - I can appreciate you wishing to get this sorted. Firstly, I can confirm that all in-stock items were dispatched the date of ordering (Thursday 22nd) and sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Post, estimated 1-3 working days delivery. Therefore, including the bank holiday, your parcel should have arrived with you by Wednesday 28th (yesterday). My sincere apologies for the delay. Dear customer Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you appear to have received the wrong size. I have checked your order and can see that you actually ordered the size Large; which is the largest size as it is not available in the size XL. Can you please let me know if the tights you received are in fact a large or a medium, as it could be that the medium size was packaged incorrectly? If this is the case, it would mean that you can return them to us for an exchange, credit note or refund. I hope this helps and I look forward to hearing from you. Sadly none of them fit. The gusset is meant for very very skinny People . The colours were perfect. Though they are of no use to me .

Thank you for your review. At the time of purchase, we advised that these items were estimated to be back into stock within 10-20 days. However, Wolford (Austria), like many of our continental suppliers, had some difficulty with delivery within Europe. This was caused by extended Security Checks and a French Customs strike at Calais and Dunkirk with extended waiting and transit times as a result.
