“Good service and prompt dispatch, but the tights are smaller than last years version so you need to size up to avoid having your circulation cut off. I bought Glamory microstar.”

“The white fishnet stockings fitted and looked good. However the red "Large size, by Cecilia de Raphael ) were 46 inches long from top to toe, and 41 inches from heel to top, so unwearable unless you had legs like a giraffe. As both were given away as presents, only the white ones were well received.”

“The tights were good when I received them but it took several weeks for me to receive my order. Perhaps not UK Tights fault as I think they were awaiting deliveries but I thought my order was never coming.”

“My order had to be split into 2 deliveries because there was limited stock. The first delivery was delivered to my nominated delivery address. My second delivery was delivered incorrectly to my billing address. I haven't been able to get to the post office, so this has been very inconvenient.”

It is disappointing to see your negative review, although this may have been posted before the issue was resolved. Both deliveries were in fact sent to the same address: the "wrong", home address; rather than your work address, as selected by you at checkout. Your chosen delivery address was confirmed in your order confirmation email. We do not tamper with order details and you received your 1st parcel okay as it was small enough to be posted through the letterbox. The problem arose when the 2nd parcel contained more items and could not be delivered through your home letterbox, so needed somebody to be home. In lieu of this or the possibility of leaving it in 'a safe place'/a neighbour taking it in, it was returned to the post office for safekeeping and your collection. As you told us you were going to be unable to collect your parcel from the local post office at any point during the 2 week period that Royal Mail keep it there, we have agreed to reship it to you for free to your work address, as soon as it is returned to sender.

“Plus sized hold-up not sized well. I'm a size 16 with chunky thighs, bought some size 22's and they are way too small. Obviously I can't return them as I took them out of the packet to inspect thigh size. Shame.”

Hi Sarah, I'm sorry to hear that you were so unhappy with the products you purchased. I can see you had 3 pairs in one size and 1 pair in another size. Please could you email us at customerservice@uktights.com with your measurements so that we see if these products should have fitted you? As they were from 3 different brands, the sizing will vary, so it's important to check the size guides before purchase. “The Charnos Hold ups that I purchased were very small ordered large they only came up midway up my thighs, I am only 5" 6" and I am not fat, so they will be thrown away, the body tights I ordered were the same really tight and could not get them past my knees. The Pretty Legs holdups are fine and they are a size M/L . So feel I have wasted my money.”
