I bought a pair of tight which were supposed to never ladder, on the first wearing they disintegrated at the top, I sent them a photograph, other than an automated response to say they would get back to me shortly Ive had nothing from them, very disappointing.
UPDATE - UK Tights have contacted me to offer exchange or refund. Unfortunately I have now thrown th e tights away so cant take advantage of their offer but they have responded.
