Service was great and was really impressed with the tights initially but they laddered within seconds of putting them on. Such a shame as fit and colour were perfect but too expensive for a pair that ladders so quickly!

I ordered some products from UK Tights and the whole process was easy and I thought the prices were good, I was also informed when my order was despatched. Unfortunately I still haven't received my order. I sent an email to customer services on Sunday but understandably got an automated response because they are closed at the weekend but today I still haven't received an email informing me when my order might be delivered. However, when I was out today I missed a delivery from the Royal Mail and they will try to redeliver on Wednesday - I just hope that one of the parcels is my order from UK Tights.

The tights were lovely apart from there was a hole in the right side of the tights where the toes go. Bit disappointed.

Hi Helen, I'm so sorry to hear of the issue. As these tights are 60 denier, I'm surprised they had a hole in. Please could you send a photo of the hole and we'll be glad to send a replacement?

Tights arrived very quickly and were of a good quality but they were way to short in the leg

We ordered Aristok Control Top Tights 12 Pairs after a month although you took the money we did not get f delivery and chased a few times each time Phone call costs in the end we got 4 Pairs only but you Charged for 12 then we had to get credit on the Bank Card Communications Rubbish we will not use you again Denis Evans MBE

Dear Denis, I'm very sorry for the unusual delay with your Aristoc order due to issues with supply. However, at the time of ordering, you were informed that out of stock items can take up to 20 days to come into stock. It seems this was extended but we always stay in contact with customers about their orders by sending out automatic fortnightly emails to check if you would like to continue to wait for your order or you'd like an alternative or refund. Please note that we take payment at the time of ordering as we don't hold card details on our server for security reasons. I hope this clarifies any points of confusion. I paid for "next day delivery" - Now I knew I ordered too late for the actual next day (Ordered on Monday around 4.30pm) but I was at least expecting them on the Wednesday - They arrived Thursday - The day I actually needed them. Good thing I was working from home that day so I could change to them in time otherwise if I had been working on location instead the tights would of been useless to me. Please don't charge someone next day postage when you obviously did not. I don't appreciate being conned.

Dear Brenda, I'm so sorry to hear that your parcel arrived late. As you can see from your dispatch email, your order was indeed sent on the date of purchase (Monday), as our cut-off time is 5 PM. This means that Royal Mail guaranteed to deliver your parcel by 1 PM on the Tuesday. They're normally excellent, but I'm sorry they failed on this occasion. You'll see in your tracking, it seems the parcel was misdirected to Heathrow Airport before coming to you. We'll of course refund your postage and I'm glad that your item arrived just in time. The Barely Black pair were brown and the other pair ok but not great so I will not order again.

I was convinced that I'd worked out and picked the correct German size to match my UK size. but when they arrived they were much too small. I tried them on but they didn't fit at all. i shoved them in the bottom of the wardrobe. i'm now thinking that the next pair I ordered will be too small. the colour was just right though.

Dear Mariana, I'm sorry for the delay. We source Golden Lady from Italy and at the time of purchase they were out of stock at the factory. It's the size !!! It said plus size ( I understand some plus sizes are from 16+ ) but I'm a 22 and they were supposed to fit. My size 14 friend is happily strutting her stuff in them

I'm so sorry you were disappointed with the size of the Trasparenze Demme Fashion Tights. Regrettably, while we would expect hosiery labelled 'Plus Size' to fit a UK 18-22, you ordered an XL which, depending on the brand (and the accompanying size guide) would fit either a UK 14-16 or a UK 16-18. As Trasparenze are Italian, they come up small and would fit a size 14-16 so it is right that they would fit your friend. Please note that there are exceptions to this in the opposite extreme, such as Wolford, whose XL actually fits a size 20-22 (a definite anomaly due to their generous sizing). I still have not received my order. I placed it over days ago and although I appreciate some of the order was not in stock, the remaining items that were have not been received yet despite a despatch notification email.

I'm sorry to hear that none of the 5 brands you've bought fitted. All size guides are provided by the brands themselves so if you checked these before purchase they should have been correct. The size chart was inadequate compared with the information on the back of the Wolford tights packet. I would have chosen large if I had seen the packet as it included weight whereas I was easily a medium at 5'10" and a size 12. I have worn them today and they are uncomfortable

All the size guides we provide for the single packs and promotional packs of the Satin 20 Tights - both on the website and the packs - are from Wolford themselves and all include weight measurements. They've changed the packs recently and although we weren't informed of any alterations to the size guide, if you've noticed one, we'll be in touch with Wolford straight away to confirm. I ordered my tights and they arrived very promptly was very pleased with the service. However I wore the Aristoc 100 Denier Cashmere Blend Tights, Medium/Large Black by 2.30pm there were holes in both feet along the toes. I will be sending them back, very disappointed. Have not worn any of the others yet so will wait and see.

First time of wearing red pair the left leg slipped down after walking quite a bit. On attempting to pull it up again it laddered badly and is no more use.

The thigh high socks are smaller than they actually are sized. I am 150cm, size (10)/M and the tights are just above my knees. In the image, the model is a lot taller and the tights are shown that it is thigh high which is misleading.

As we wouldn't like you to be disappointed with your purchase or for other customers to have the same issue with their Capri Hold Ups, please could you send a full leg length photo of you wearing the item? I can see your order was placed online rather than over the phone and the address was not tampered with before dispatch. We would of course have been more than happy to amend this before dispatch if we'd known in time. There is a chance however that the package may still be delivered safely. I have not received my order which was delivered to the wrong address. I tried to collect my order from this address but was told that they did not receive my order either. I've reported the problem to customer services but not received a reply, very disappointed. Tammy

Please see our email thread. Your order was dispatched to the address detailed in your order. As customer service was not contacted before dispatch, we were unable to alter this for you. As we have discussed, there are now 2 options. You may either wait for Royal Mail to return the parcel to us and we will reship it to you for an additional charge (as the address was input incorrectly) or you may place an additional order and we will be glad to refund the 1st on its return. I await your instruction via email.

So far I have only received one pair out of four and they had a small ladder in them when opened. As I needed them that day I had to use them. Not very pleased .
